Supply, installing, commissioning and testing HT 22 KV, 400 Amp outdoor type gang operated single air-break switch, triple pole, tilting type, vertical mounting, mechanically operated, Double stack type, consisting of hot dip galvanised channel iron base, copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, flexible copper braided tape ,MS arcing horns capable of breaking the magnetizing current with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete with horizontal connecting square bar, GI pipe of size not less 25mm dia, medium grade and of suitable length as down rod levers coupling & operating handle with locking arrangement all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Jaipuria Brothers or as approved by GE.

Supplying, installing, commissioning and testing outdoor type gang operated double stack air-break switch, triple pole, centre rotating with earth switch Turn N Twist type, mechanically operated with blades rotating in horizontal plane having live parts shall be of anti-rusting and non-corrosive metal with MS channel insulators base (as per manufacturers size), having current carrying components of hot galvanised non-ferrous, with double roller or double ball-bearings, having handle for manual operation made of 25 MM dia GI pipe; Line earth switches shall consist of three earthing links per isolator with each grounding blade provided with the flexible copper connections of suitable size (as suggested by OEM) and of adequate length for connection between the operating shaft and the frame complete and having following specifications all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge incld. dismantling and taking out old switch and connections complete -

(a) Nominal voltage : 22 kV, (b) Maximum voltage : 24 kV, (c) Frequency : 50 Hz, (d) Number of phases : 3, (e) Solidly earthed, (f) Rated current (Amps.) : 400 all as specified and as directed. Make: Jaipuria Brothers or as approved by GE.

Supply installation, commissioning and testing drop out HT 22 KV, 400 Amps fuse link consisting of channel iron base having 2 Nos 22 KV post type insulators in stack & 2 stack per phase complete with fuse carrier of SRBP tube with heavily tinned non ferrous metal parts and spring loaded phosphor bronze contact complete manufactured as per latest IS complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jaipuria Brothers or as approved by GE. NOTE for Item No 1.00 to 3.00:- The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting, welding, drilling etc. and other jobs incld. cost of nut, bolts, washers, etc. minor items required for the efficient operation of GOD/DO and removing of old GOD/ DO complete.

Taking down old unsv HT size 120/95 Sqmm 3 core cable from trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/wall or any other location as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) Necessary earth work will be measured and paid seperately. (b) Only taking down qty will be considered for Sch of Credit.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and exc. 1.5 mtr but n. exc 3.0 m in depth and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing of excavted soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable providing with a layer of and 08 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying of cable in trenches, hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge (Note : punning thickness of 18 cm will be measured for payment)

S & L un-reinforced precast concrete HT cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat , size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out steel poles/struts of any size complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, install and errect in true vertical position steel tubular swaged welded pole complete with cast iron/MS base plate 6mm thick and of size 300x300mm, final taper, pole cap, bolts, nuts, washers & screws etc. pole made out of ERW M.S. tubing conforming to IS-2713 part-II type 410 SP-55 (11.0 metre long) HT including of holes of reqd Nos and size for fixing of cross arms, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surfaces and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three signal red colour bends at lower portion of exposed pole starting from plinth block , each band of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No the black paint by stenciled letters/figures of 8cm height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation for pole and any other indicated work including necessary form work all as specified and directed

M & L for cement concrete 1 :3 :6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded aggregate incl necessary form work for coping of polfoundation of pole and any other indicated work all as specified.

Supply, laying in replacement, in trenches /ducts/fixing on pole/wall with suitable size of fixing material, XLPE insulated, screened, earthed, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, electric power cable (heavy duty) of size 3 x 95 sqmm with aluminium conductor suitable for 22 KV (E) grade as per relevent IS including latest amendment for IS testing, commissionong along with HT cable route indicator for every 50 m or at each terning with suitable PCC Foundation complete all as specified and directed Note:- (a) Earth work, cable cover, sand coushioning & GI pipe will be measured and paid seperately. (b) The cost of straight through joint required for laying of new cable cotineously shall be inclued in the rate of calbe in RM. (c) Sch of Credit for total qty not considered as cost of taking down is more than material as stone raod.

All as per srl item No. 15 above but of size 3 x 120 sqmm

Supply, spreading and levelling 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in various EM installations all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white, with letters figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 22 KV of size 25 x 20 cm.

Dismantling of unserviceable cross arms of MS Chanel/angle sections etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structual steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicted and inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and two finishing coat of aluminium paint.

M & L for servicing, greasing, cleaning of GOD and DO, adjustment of its operation, cleaning and checking (for any type of damage) of insulators and lightening arresters incl. tightening of all loose nuts & bolts on the HT structure at site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- (a) All the necessary tools, tackles and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. (b) Rate including all necessary welding work and minor spares like cleaning agent (petrol, diesel, CRC 2-26 etc.) and lubricating material like petrolium geli, grease, oil and lubricating sprays if (c) Rate excluding major spares required to be replace during servicing will be measured and paid under relevant items.

M&L for disconnecting HT/LT XLPE cable of any size from structure/pole/transformer/MOCB/LT Panel for finding fault, M&L for defect rectification HT/LTcable laid in trenches or any location by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locating machine comprising of surge generator pulse, ECHO fault locator with high frequency distance calculator etc.The fault locating equipments will be brought to site within the 12 hours of instruction from Engr-in-Charge as specified. Note :- Complaint will be notified to contractor on mobile phone at any time between 0800 hrs to 2200 hrs and has to be rectified within 12 hours after notification, failing to which Rs 5000/- per day per complaint will be recovered.

M&L for shifting transformer with disconnecting HT/LT terminations/cables, connected earthing strips from transformer, taking down the transformer from plinth/platform, loading it on a vehicle, transporting the same to a new location as directed by Engr-in-Charge, unloading and placing the transformer on plinth/platform, connecting HT, LT and earth termination connections, charging, testing and commissioning the transfomer of rating upto 1500 KVA all as specified and as directed. NOTE - (a). Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of all T&P, crane, vehicle for transportation. (b). Any damage/loss to govt property will be make good by the contractor at no extra cost.

Dehydration incl filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydrating machine incl testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration all as specified and directed . Note: (i) Contr to arrange the dehydration machine, testing kit and make arrangment for electric supply without any extra cost. (ii) Contractor is responsible for any damage to Govt property during the filteration and make good without any extra cost.

M&L for Filling / top up transformer oil of low viscosity having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV all as specified and as directed. Note: Dielectric strength test should be carried out at site before poring/filling in transformers in the presence of Engr-in-Charge.

Testing of transformers of various capacities installed at various locations under GE (C) Kirkee by performing following tests - 1.IR Value on L.V & H.V side using 500 V & 5KV Megger respectively, 2.Ratio on all the taps, 3.Magnetic Balance tests on L.V & H.V., 4.Vector group, 5. Magnetizing current, 6.Winding Resistance Test on H.V & LV terminals. Note : i) Contractor should make his own arragement of testing equipments and electric supply so required. (ii) A detailed Test Report should be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to unsv transformer at site, removing leakage of transformers, replacment of unsv spares like temp gauge, HT/LT bushing with connecting rod, top cover gasket, tap changer assy, reassebling, testing etc comlpete of following capacity of transformer:- NOTE :- (a) All the necessary tools, tackles, lifters and ladder shall be arranged by the contractor for the subject work. (b) Rate including all necessary minor spares and excluding major spares required to be replace during job will be measured and paid under relevant item.

All as per item No 41 above for transformer upto 750 KVA, 22KV/440V step down

M&L for Installation and commissioning of transformer of capacity upto 1500 KVA in place of unserviceable transformer on hire basis till the existing transformer installed, all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) This job will be executed only instructions issued by the Engr-in-Charge. (b) Contracot should complete the repair work of unserviceable transformer withine 15 days duration & no extra cost will be paid toward hiring charges. (c) Contractor will not be allowed to shift the hired transformer until it is replaced by the repaired transformer without any effect of working of workshop and it shall be responsibility of the Contractor.

(d) Any damage /loss to the hired transformer, no extra cost will be paid towards repairing of hired transformer and it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. (e) Contractor should check the available infrastructure and to be sure regarding safety of transformer before installation. (f) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of transportation cost, connecting incoming & outgoing cables, earthing leads, lifting/lowering arrangements, labour charges. (g) Cost of materials and labours required for replacement of cable aluminium lugs as suitable for the exsiting sized cables, nuts, bolts and washers of suitable size is deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.

M&L for repair/rewinding of transformer of following capcity, step down, copper wound, 50 Hz, duly draining out transformer oil, dismantling complete , checking and replacement of all unsv parts, rewinding of burnt out HV/LV coil with same size and type of super enamelled copper conductor and number of turns to get the same rating and assembling complete for entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge, painting of transfomer with spray painting all as per existing colour all as directed at site.

M&L for spray painting of transformer upto 750 KVA installed at different locations after scraping throughly the existing corroded paint/rust , filling of cavaties and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & quality and writing the details such as SM/MES No etc. all as per specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
