Supply and replacing set of fuel pre- filters and fine -filters as per sample and make for 62.5 KVA capacity of DG sets. Each set shall be comprising complete set of pre and fine filters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing set of fuel pre- filters and fine -filters as per sample and make for 20 KVA capacity of DG sets. Each set shall be comprising complete set of pre and fine filters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing Air filters as per sample and make for 62.5 KVA capacity of DG Set. Each shall be comprising complete set of air filters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacing Air filters as per sample and make for 20 KVA capacity of DG Set. Each shall be comprising complete set of air filters, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replace set of lube / engine oil filters as per sample and make for the following capacities of DG sets.

Material and labour for descaling and servicing the radiator of DG set 62.5 KVA internally and externally by using chemicals, including soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for descaling and servicing the radiator of DG set 20 KVA internally and externally by using chemicals, including soldering the copper tubes and tank etc for arresting leakage, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Drain the out lived engine oil, clean the oil tank and filling the new engine oil as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling coolent, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of battery lead of copper conductor PVC insulated multi strand size 4 AWG gauge, 1.25 Mtr long (two Nos) duly fixed with terminals and lugs, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of generator door hinges metal type with nut bolts or screws for DG set any make any type, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement indicator lamps AC 230 V, LED type for the panel boards, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement under/over voltage relay input voltage 110-220 V AC suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement engine starting relay DC 12V/24V suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement 8 pin relay Base Socket voltage range DC voltage 12 V to 230 V and AC voltage 12 V to 440V suitable for AMF panel, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing the self starter 24 Volts after removing from the Gen set of any capacity and transporting to an authorised sevice centre and back, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairing the self starter 12 Volts after removing from the Gen set of any capacity and transporting to an authorised sevice centre and back, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement heavy duty battery terminals, heavy duty brass forged with nuts and bolts, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Benjo bolts complete including washers (02 washers for each bolt) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fuel pipe filter to FIP wire braided complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement fuel pipe upto 15 mm size from fuel tank to the DG set & over flow return, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron strip of 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead (upto the body of the equipment) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 40mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR (Part-I), complete all as specified and directed.
