Earth work excavation of foundation in hard Soil including rough dressing and leveling the bed etc. complete.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand including cost, conveyance & taxes etc. complete.

C.C. (1:3:6) using 4 cm size B.H.G. metal including all cost, conveyance, taxes, royalty watering curing etc. complete.

Supplying fitting, fixing ,vetrified tiles in floors of size 600mm x 600 mm of approved make with 25mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of all materials,Labour T&P etc required for the work .

Fixing vetrified tiles in Dados, Skirting and risers of steps on 12 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) Jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing including cost of all meterials etc. complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing Weather coat paint of approved shade on old work one coats to give an even shade including cost of all materials etc. complete.

Distempering one coat to walls with distemper of approved said on old work to give an even said including cost of distemper etc. complete.

Providing and fixing of sliding windows of approved make to be fabricated from roll formed section made of prepainted steel etc complete

Supplying and fixing of pre cast inter locking concrete block 80mm thick with crushing strength as per drawing and technical specification clause 1504 of MORTH and specification 6919-11-1986 with all cost of materials, labour, carriage etc complete (data for 225 sqm)

Painting two coats with any approved enamel paint on old wood work including cost of all materials etc. complete.
