M&L for Providing Factory made precast cement concrete kerb stones type B-1 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) with plain faces ,incl chamfers weathering throating etc.n set in C:M 1:4 complete all as sepcified Note: max size of kerb stone will be 300x300x100mm and shall be embedded in the ground avg 10cm deep the quoted rates incl embedding kerb stone and temping ground around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil etc

Preparation of New Kerb stone surface of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified
