Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended works in ground floors beams (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for brick work with bricks class designation 75, old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and Fromwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span beams complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and Fromwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement and Fromwork shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending lapping etc as required and welding with existing bar complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for use and waste of formwork to staircases with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers (excluding landing) and finished the surface rough complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar works n.exc. 200mm thick etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for use and waste of formwork to the sides and soffits of floor beams and roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhang, etc. also splays between floor and beams etc. for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for use and waste of formwork to the sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down/dismantling loose/damage concrete including plaster of any description and in any position from RCC structures like chajja, fins, roof ceiling, louvers, parapet, column, beam, and of lintel by hammering with wooden mallets carefully chipping off the old concrete surface with necessary scaffolding including cutting of rusted reinforcement if so required and disposal of old debris to outside the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the existing surface of concrete and reinforcements as obtained after execution of item No. 15 here in before by wire brush including scrapping & cleaning with emery paper or by air blasting or sand blasting including foreign matrials , loose concrete/aggregate etc and washing down with water as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instructions/specifications. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Supply and application of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. ( Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The mortar can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 upto 25 mm average thickness complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge( Make : SIKA/FOSROC or any other equivalent as approved by GE )

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick pre-polished single piece kota stone, bull nosed as in steps and landings laid or in floor over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed with grey cement slurry to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20-25mm thick Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillars including rubbing and polishing laid over backing coat with cement plaster,10mm thick in CM 1:4 including jointing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick plastering in CM (1:3) on concrete surfaces as in sides of column, lintel, beam, chajja, facia, railing, RCC wardrobe etc including finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for applying 1.5mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer on newly plastered surface of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 26 above but in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for use and waste of formwork to fins, facia, louvers, parapet, railing, chajja etc for rough finished concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of any description over 10cm widht or girth including preparation of old steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge exc.63mm but not exc.100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc.15cm thick, watered, well rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm garded stone aggragate as in foundation, filling, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM (1:6) for laying floor finishes set, jointed with grey cement and pigment and pointed with neat cement slurry as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc. 0.5 cum and getting out in soft /loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete in foundations 1:2:4 type B2 (nominal mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in filling and mass concrete for securing/ fixing of fencing post/ strut in under water including necessary formwork and dewatering as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410 (Grade E-250A) angle or tee section as in post, cut to length and bend to shape as directed, fixed independently without connecting plate etc, including provision of 04 to 06 Nos gaps/cuts/holes in each post for providing/laying barbed wire and one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Supply and fix barbed wire shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and fix mild steel wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire,etc.; flat iron fillets( for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting etc; and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel 5-10 mm diameter of shank screw bolts (machine made) with hezagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt n.exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed. (Bolt to be embeded into RCC fencing post while casting)

Supply only MS 10 mm dia round bars (Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165)) as line wire for holding chain link mesh including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Galvanized, 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type or standard rails. Straining bolts including, securing or tying at crossings with and provn of galvanized mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed (Note : Each line of wire to be measured seperately)

Supply only epoxy coated chain link fencing 50 mm x 50 mm mesh, 4 mm dia, made out of mild steel galvanised hot drip wire including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only epoxy coated chain link fencing including line wires , any mesh , size and type to any type of standards , rails , straining bolts/nuts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface exceeding 10 cm width or girth over a coat of red oxide primer including preperation complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel surfaces not otherwise described, not exceeding 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation of manhole etc and getting out as in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling including spearding levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm in soft/loose soil copmplete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 100 mtr and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified & directed

Material and labour PCC 1:3:6 type C1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block for fixing holdfast, coping, kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix of pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface of wall including preperation of newly plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 150 mm thick, watered and well rammed to a true surface, complete as specified and as directed.
