Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Air Cooled Inverter Ductable Split units with scroll/Rotary Compressor working on R410a/R32 refrigerant.factory fitted electronic expansion valve , Inbuilt Drain Pump Provision,The prices should include any lifting, shifting and positioning of outdoor units including painted MS Stands. The unit shall be charged or any top-up gas/oil required should be included in the individual price quoted below. This shall include the nitrogen leak testing, oil charging,vaccumisation, TF quality Canvass Connection b/w Indoor & duct.The outdoor unit shall be a factory assembled and unit housed in a sturdy weather proof casing constructed form rust-proofed mild steel panels with powder coated finish.

Preferably The heat exchanger for Outdoor shall be constructed with Copper tubes mechanically bonded to aluminium fins to form a cross fin coil. The Condenser fins must be coated with Anti-corrosive treatment.

Insurance of Units ,Unloading at site, placement of Outdoor Units on the foundation,stands, co-ordination during execution, rendering necessary guidance for execution, supervision, testing, commissioning and startup of above mentioned by OEM.

Refrigerant Piping

Supply and Installation of Interconnecting Refrigerant Piping of various sizes as required for the full functionality of the VRF system including refnet joints etc. complete in all respects duly insulated with closed cell nitrile rubber class 'O' as per specifications of the manufacturer. the contractor shall submit a detailed drawing approved by the manufacturer showing the piping sizes & layout to be followed at the site with the tender document. the contractor shall also get the drawings showing outdoor units in connection with indoor units approved from the department in original from and then the head office of the manufacturer with a certificate stating that the piping layout is as per company specifications for full functioning of the VRF system. all piping shall be run in cable trays in interior and for exterior there shall be a cable tray both at the bottom and the top. all support system required for the installation of cable trays in interior or exterior shall be in the scope of the HVAC contarctor and nothing extra shall be paid for it. All HVAC piping , drainage and Cabling etc shall run at a height of 6 inches below RCC slab or as per site requirment on continuous cable tray of appropriate sizes. all beams shall be core cut to allow for passage of pipes etc & filled back with expanded polyurethene foam or any cement or plaster. rates quoted are inclusive of core cutting etc complate in all all respects including painting in desired colour. on exterior side the cable tray shall be mounted on top & bottom side for added protection.
