Degutting of outer & inner casing of boiler along with pipes and valves that may come in the way of access as indicated

Degutting of Superheater drain valves and piping

Degutting of Steam drain valves (LP/HP) and pipes fitted along the length of the boiler casing

Degutting of Valves and piping associated with the Boiler casing fire fighting system

Degutting of Valves and piping associated with the atomizing steam manifold

Degutting of Valves and piping associated with the burner (front and rear) assembly

Burner register and associated fitting, including the shark teeth arrangement

Degutting of Hot insulation of boiler, it’s associated auxiliaries, pipes, valves and requisite area to facilitate unshipping route

Opening of all removable doors and survey of the same for requirement of repairs to any

Opening of steam drum, water drum and Superheater bottom header of boilers and removal of internal fittings

Cleaning and preservation/repairs of all internal fittings of the drums as per specification in the boiler repair manual.

Degutting of Gas cleaner of all 04 boiler

Chemical cleaning of gas cleaner

Breaking of refractory for tube access and renewal

Breaking of monolith wall (front wall) for repairs including burner front quarls

Removal and blanking of all mountings.

Degreasing and Pressure testing of tubes.

Renewal of Tubes includes cutting of existing tubes, splitting of tube ends from steam drum, drifting of tubes from water drum, tube bending as per detailed scope at sl (t) of contractor’s liability.

Installation of Screen row tube includes fitment, setting, rolling, expanding and belling of tubes from both steam and water drums as specified in the boiler manuals and at enclosure 2 to SOW

Installation of Generating row tube includes fitment, setting, rolling, expanding and belling of tubes from both steam and water drums as specified in the boiler manuals and at enclosure 2 to SOW.

Superheater tube includes fitment, setting, rolling, expanding and belling of tubes from both steam and water drums as specified in the boiler manuals and at enclosure 2 to SOW

Renewal of superheater header if the material condition of the header ( as indicated by CBIU) is bad

Headers repairs if not required to be renewed as per CBIU report

Installation of Economiser Tubes involves welding to the manifold and manufacturing of bends that are required to be welded to the manifold.

Renewal of downcomer tubes as per OEM boiler maintenance manual.

Water pressure test of boiler

Laying out all refractory and tile work in accordance to the procedure laid out in the boiler repair manual.

Undertake repairs/make burner quarls to that burner alignment is satisfactory.

Re-gutting of Gas cleaner of all 04 boiler

Re-gutting of internal casing and fitment of all removable and cut casing doors

Re-gutting of external casing with all insulation, pipes and valves that were degutted.

APT of inner and outer casings of all four boilers

Installation of all internal fittings after clearance by CBIU

Boxing up of steam drum and water drum after WPT and clearance by CBIU and SS for final time prior to steaming

Re-gutting of Hot insulation of boiler, it’s associated auxiliaries, pipes, valves and other degutted area

Provisioning of Special Tools

Firm to facilitate the third party inspection by contracting OEM/LRS/ABS/Class societies/certified boiler inspector for all check points/ hold points as per approved/ vetted QAP.
