Amount

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and exc 1.5 m and not exc 3.0m in depth; for trench of cable etc and getting out in Soft/loose soil, making the surface plain complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in Soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and Laying sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23 cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18 cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Only punned down sand shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour for well burnt bricks having crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting unservicable under ground LT cable of any size/type from existing pole or building or any location including removing of dismentalled material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Earthwork will be measured and paid separtely.

Supply and Laying LT under ground XLPE cable of size 10 sqmm, 2 core including testing and commissioning insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured steel strip or wire armoured, electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Earthwork, sand cushioning, brick will be measured and paid separtely.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 3 Pole, 63 Amps, 25 KA breaking capacity, 415Volts, AC 50 Hz, with overload and thermal tripping features, Icu 100% complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Any minor addition and alteration shall be made in paneal board if required during execution of work and rate quoted shall be deemed inclusive and no extra claim shall be entertained at later stage.

Material and laour for Boring/Drilling ( horizontally) hole manually under existing road, pavement, hard standing ( maximum 10 m in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 50 mm bore including making good disturbed surface without any extra cost complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement for GI protection pipe, 40mm bore, light grade for cable protection including all fittings laid in trenches or fixed on pole/wall with mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning on load change over switch four pole of rated current of 320 amp capacity, 415 Volts AC, 50Hz, conforming to IS : 13947 (Part-3), IEC:60947-3 in open execution type over existing location or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Restreching of existing LT Four wire Over head line including removing or existing binding wire and rebinding with new binding wire after tightening of overhead lines including disconnecting existing jumper and connection and reconnecting after tighting of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Four wire run of conductor and two run of earth contunity wire in LT lines shall be measured as one length for payment purpose

Restreching of existing LT Two wire Over head line including removing or existing binding wire and rebinding with new binding wire after tightening of overhead lines including disconnecting existing jumper and connection and reconnecting after tighting of conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Two wire run of conductor and two run of earth contunity wire in LT lines shall be measured as one length for payment purpose

Supply and fixed in repairs Insulator Pin type, pocrcelain , vitreous, white , brown or green, insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 100 mm height, 65 mm dia. For 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs Shackle type, Porcelain vitreous , white, brown, white or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts ; 1100 Volts working pressure, 75 mm height, 90 mm mm dia., with 31x5 mm galvanised steel straps and 14 mm dia. of bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for stay assembly with accessories in replacement as shown in electrical plate No.1 including 20 mm dia rod, loop type insulator and stay clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and installation of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) complete with Cast Iron base plate and finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including dismantaling of old poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Excavation, earth work and PCC only will be measured and paid separately, all other accessories and other works deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for foundation of poles, stay complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in pedestal coping including necessary formwork finished fair using extra cement .complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations/mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for in replacement of insulated synthetic mat of size 2m x 1 m x 2.5mm suitable for 11KV working pressure as per IS 15652-2006 including taking old worn out insualted mat from various of E/M installations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling taking down old cross arms, clamps, braces etc of any section from pole including nuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note - Cost of cutting of bolts (Slag bolts) if reqd shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.

M&L Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zinc Chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for writing letters or figures ( Block , Roman, Italic or Indian ) n exc 30 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint with out showing signs of brushes mark ( if necessary they shall be repainted until the desired result obtained) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repair for 3 phase ammeter digital type, flush mounting type complete with suitable CTs of range as required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repair for 3 phase voltmeter digital type 0-500 Volts AC, flush mounting type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repair of LED indicator as per color scheme (Red / Yellow / Blue / green) suitable for LT panel. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for repair of LT panel door by replacement of hinges, locking arrangements, nuts, bolts & washers as per existing size/type including welding, . complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: One side of door will be measured and paid as one Job.)

Material and labour for straight through joints size 25 sqmm to 50 sqmm 4 core/ 3.5 core (epoxy type) for LT PVC/XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Cutting of faulty cable/ joint is deemed to be included in the above quoted rates. (ii) If old burnt/damaged LT cable/joint retrived will be issued to contractor as schedule of credit.
