Earthwork in bulk excavation (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm. on plan) including disposal of excavated soil lead upto 50m, disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying the structural steel, MS Flats, Square Rods, Angles, Channels etc., for vertical members / bracing /stiffeners / Base plates or for any other usage as a structural member, fabricating, welding and erecting the frame work in position at the locations shown in the drawing including all labour, materials, conveyance, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers (Note : 1. While fabricating, necessary holes and bolt & nut shall be provided at no extra cost in the structural members. 2. In case, the specified MS section is not available in the market, the nearest alternative section may be used after approval of the Engineer).

Supplying and fixing of Plastic coated Chain linked wire fencing (10 gauge) of size 50 x50 mm to a required height, straining bolts to concrete or steel standard rails including securing with galvanised iron tying wire etc., including all labour, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the steel surfaces with Two coats of Synthetic enamal paint of approved quality (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including all materials, labour, brushes, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Red earth from Vagaikulam and conveying by road with an average lead of 26 KM & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of materials, conveyance of red earth, labour, tools & plants etc., complete and asdirected by the departmental officers.

Collection and Supply of good quality Cow dung manure (well dried manure) from Tuticorin town and conveying by road with an average lead of 13 km & stacking at site for pre-measurement including cost of cow dung manure,conveyance, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Mixing of Red earth and Cow dung manure for spreading and leveling the plantation area for required thickness including labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and planting of ornamental plants for gardening (i.e.) Alamanta, Ficus, Mosantha, Xeroa, Blue Marica, Jet ropa, Cactus, Crotons, Yellow palms, X Mas tree to a minimum height of 2.5 feet including cost of saplings, labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and laying of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet) at site for transplanting in the lawn area. The rate shall include transportation, loading, unloading of grass carpet along with underlying rooting medium without damaging the roots etc., complete and as directed by the including cost of Mexican Carpet grass (Ready made sheet), labour, tools & plants, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
