Dismantling of defective 33 KV VCB, type PCOB-36, 36 KV/1250 Amps, out door and indoor remote control unit of VCB panel (Make : Schneider/ Crompton Greeves/ Alstom), servicing/ repairing / replacement (as directed) of the unserviceable items such as closing & tripping coil assembly, spring charging motor & gear assembly, auxiliary relays, over current relays, overhauling and including rectification of the electrical & mechanical fault by the Service Engineer/ Authorised Personnel of the Company after necessary cleaning and providing silicon grease to all the moving parts, also including adjustment of all springs/ relays etc, commissioning of 33 KV VCB Panel, CT, PT, Relays, VCB testing including CRM, Timer, IR Testing in VCB and ratio primary, IR, winding resistance, polarity testing in CT and PT and secondary current injection with 03 setting & tripping test with timing in relays and applying control voltage & testing all scheme logic with on/off trip operation, also checking metering and protection and annunciation with indication kit, making the VCB Panel (including VCB, its components, entire system) 100% serviceable, complete in all respects as specified and directed. Note- Cost of all the materials, labour and other elements to make the entire system serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and only payment for supply only of the items listed here-in-below shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed. The make of the items /materials shall be as specified in the item(s) and in case not specified, the same shall be of make Schneider/ Crompton Greeve/ Alstoms or as per existing suitable to match with the existing VCB system as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of defective 11 KV VCB, 630 Amps, Indoor VCB panel (Make: Schneider/ Crompton Greaves), servicing, repairing/ replacement (as directed) of the unserviceable items such as closing/ triping coil assembly, spring charging motor and gear assemby, master trip relays, supervision trip relays, over current relays, overhauling and including rectification of the electrical & mechanical fault by the Service Engineer/ Authorised Personnel of the Company after necessary cleaning and providing silicon grease to all the moving parts, also including adjustment of all springs/ relays etc, commissioning of 11 KV VCB Panel CT, PT, Relays, VCB testing including CRM, Timer, IR Testing in VCB and ratio primary, IR, winding resistance, polarity testing in CT and PT and secondary current injection with 03 setting & tripping test with timing in relays and applying control voltage & testing all scheme logic with on/off trip operation, also checking metering and protection and annunciation with indication kit, testing of CT ratio, polarity test, making connection of CT100-50/5 +5A by primary injection complete, caliberation of IDMT relay over current, earth fault and under voltage 100-50/5 +5A secondary injection complete, preparation of surfaces of VCB panel board cubical in shape & applying one coat of SFRC paint, mking the VCB Panel (including VCB's, its components, entire system) 100% servicable, complete in all respects, as specified and directed. Supply, jointing and testing in repairs straight through cable jointing kit (Heat shrink type) for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and including provision of aluminium thimbles, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing and testing in repairs cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint, complete with and including jointing materials and accessories suitable for 11KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor /wall etc, complete including taking out existing pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & Earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, HT electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 core (Make: Havells/ Gloster/ Finolex/ KEI) including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Supply, laying and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, HT electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Earthed) of size 120 sqmm 3 core (make : Havells/Gloster/Finolex/KEI), including taking down old unsv, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing materials shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Cutting/ trimming of tree branches in close proximity to over head lines to maintain a clearance of 1.5 metre from the over head line to nearby trees, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Tree Branches upto 100 mm girth shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of above item. (ii) For payment purposes, total length from pole to pole shall be considered as "Each Job for Each Span"

Re-routing and re-laying of HT 11 KV/11000 Volts UG cable in existing trenches/ ducts of Power Houses with necessary connection and disconnection for re-distribution of load of diferrent 33/11KV power transformer including taking out of existing cable, necessary extension of cable (where required and ordered) complete in all respects as specified and directed. Note:- Extra quantity of UG cable and cable jointing kits shall be measured & paid for separately.

Dismantling, collecting and depositing of HT/LT switch gears, transformers, VCBs including transporting from different Sub Station to MES Store Yard as directed with necessary arrangement of heavy load lifting hydra and transportation by vehicle and cleaning of Sub Station, all as directed by Engr-in- charge. Notes:- (a) Dismantling of unserviceable items from foundation etc and carrying all shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) For heavy unserviceable items, dismantling in stages/ parts/ piecemeal and lifting, carrying all shall also be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

M&L for carrying out repairs to HT 11 KV GODs/ DO including replacement of brass connections, greasing of all moveable parts with white grease, replacement of connectors wire, nuts, bolts, clamps etc, complete in all respects to make the GOD/DO 100% serviceable, as specified and directed. Note : Cost of all the materials, labour and other elements to make the entire system serviceable shall be deemed to be included tin the quoted rates and only payment for supply only of the items listed here-in-below shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed.

Cleaning of insulators any type with necessary cleaning agent, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down, repairing & overhauling of Air Break, gang operated switch, isolator, DO Fuse Unit, 33 KV rating, 400 Amp capacity, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, installed vertically/ horizontally, replacement of broken/ worn out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contracts with conducting jelly, re-fixing the same after repairing & overhauling, including proper alignment, complete all as specified and as directed by GE. Note :- Cost of all the materials, labour and other elements to make the entire system serviceable shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates and only payment for supply only of the items listed here-in-below shall be measured and paid for separately in case these are ordered and provided as directed.

Supply only Tinned copper flexible jumper capacity 400 Amp suitable for 400 Amps, 33 KV rated GO Switch, complete all as specified and directed by GE.

Supply only post type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvnished mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanied iron nut for 33 KV grade, GO Switch, complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: BHEL / Jaipuria Brothers / Pactil

Vaccume dihydration with hot filteration plant of old transformer oil at different locations, after filteration, Di electric strength shall not be less than 65 KV in 2.5 mm gap electrode, complete all as specified and as directed. The contractor shall submit necessary Test Report for Di electric strength before dehyderation as well as after dehyderation from CPRI /Govt approved Lab as per relevant IS. The contractor's quoted rates shall also be declered to include for this element. Note:- Transformer Oil after dehyderation shall be measured and considered for the payment under the above item. (ii) Payment for extra transformer oil required for topping up shall be made for separately under relevant item.

Supply and top up of EHV grade transformer Oil, conforming to IS-335 of 1993 (Part-II) (make : POWER OIL/HP/BP/SAVITA TRANSOL) for toping up /oil change of Transformers of any capacity at different locations, complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) The dielectric strenght of the transfomer oil shall not be less than 65 KV in 2.5mm gap electrode. (ii) Quoated rate shall also be deemed to include for testing of transformer oil from CPRI / Govt. approved lab as per relevant IS and submission of necessary test reports.

Repairing/ servicing/ maintenance of Station Transformer 63 KV rating 33/ 0.433 KV, outdoor type, plinth mounted including carrying out the following works services; complete all as specified and as directed :- (a) Disconnecting transformer from electric system and transporting to the workshop (Particulars of the transformer workshop shall be got approved by the contractor from the GE) including loading & unloading. (b) Decanning of transformer oil, opening up top cover, disconnections of all internal connections, lifting the core & windings and dismantling the core & windings in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge. (c) Checking the coils & windings and reinsulation with new high quality paper insulation (TPI) shall be done. (d) Refitting of core & windings and put into the tank & box up the whole assembly, including replacement of all gaskets, bushing & stud and refilling the transformer oil, all tests shall be done to the entire satisfaction of the GE. (e) Transportation of the repaired transformer from workshop to the site including loading & unloading, necessary connections shall be made for commissioning and charging complete.

Repairing of Tap Switches of 2 MVA Transformer to function in auto mode and making it completely useable, all as specified and as directed.

Repairing & carrying out the services of FCBC Battery Charger including rewinding of coils and replacement of protection switches to make the Battery Charger fully functional & 100% serviceable, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of Battery Bank with Rack comprising of 55 Nos Cell Tubular, 2 Volts each, 100 AH Battery for VCBs including making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed, make : Exide/Power Safe/Amaron/Amco/Amara Raja.

M & L for removing of rust from the existing mild steel surfaces like poles, channels, cross arms, panels in 33 KV Sub-Station, thereafter preparation of the old painted surfaces and applying one coat of 1st quality aluminium paint/ synthetic enamel paint (type of paint Io be used for different locations as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge) including writing of the particulars/ nomenclature on each equipment, panel etc with white paint, 10 cm height, over a rectangular surface painted with black synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing averaging 15cm depth in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting/removal of green vegetation, subsequent to above, spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical as per the manufacturer’s instructions (make of the chemical shall be as approved by the GE) inside and around the installations premises and removal & disposing off of the soil outside of the installation premises, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The surface dressing shall normally be done once in three months for the Sub-Stations as ordered. Payment for each time shall be made for separately as per the actual work done at site.

M&L for removing and taking out all old stone aggregate of any size, staking properly, carryout surface dressing & cleaning the surfaces of the 33 KV yard, thereafter providing single layer of 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6), Type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregets), subsequently laying 1 mm thick plastic mat in complete yard, further relaying the removed stone aggregate in the complete yard and lastly spreading thin layer of anti vegetation chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes, complete all as specified and directed. Note for item No 54: (i) For the payment purposes, volume of PCC 1:3:6 shall only be considered. (ii) For additional qty of stone aggregate (as required) will be paid under item No 55.

M&L for spreading and levelling evenly in layers not exceeding 15 cm thickness, 40 mm graded stone aggregate at 33 KV yard, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based (CPRI tested) maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgraded (Zinc & Alloy coated). Zinc coated (80-100) microns with pure zinc(99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns. Earthing system shall be conforming to IS-3034, the outer and inner pipe shall be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia, 3 metre length Zinc coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal, annular space between the pipes being filled up with compact fill (CF) (Crystalline conductive compound). The compact fill (CF) mixture shall be machine pressed in the pipes and should not disintegrate or collapse when outer pipe corrodes. The inner pipe shall be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits of 300mm diameter and refilling the same with 4 bags (25 Kgs/bag) electrodite/ conductolite back fill comopound (Ground Enhancer). The BFC shall be eco friendly, it shall not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit shall also be provided with earth pit cover for protection and safe guard of terminals. The earth electrode (the main component of the earthing system) which is in direct contact with the ground shall be able to provide a means of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials shall have good electrical conductivity & anti-corrosion property in wide rage of soil condition and testing on completion including replacing the existing soil with black soil for 80cm dia (Black soil shall be filled for total 80cm dia - 30cm dia of earth pit) (for the total depth of pit) around the 300mm dia pit, Make : ASHLOK Model –ASEEL-39 ZC & AC (zinc & Alloy) or equivalent as approved by the GE and also including taking out/ dismantling of the existing earthing, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth results obtained should be minimum 01 Ohm.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 32X6 mm galvanized iron strip fixed for matt earthing, iron structures, transformers and / or for any other situation in loop earthing etc including dismantling of existing one, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for finding fault in the existing route of HT cable with Fault Locator Machine, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The quoted rates shall also be deemed to include for arranging of the Fault Locator Machine (and inclusive of its hire charges) by the contractor under his own arrangement.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of LT underground cables/ pipes and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan & 1.5 metre in depth for pole etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning in trenches /existing cable trenches for cushioning of HT underground cable including spreading, leveling, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced factory made (Make as approved by the GE) pre-cast reinforced concrete cable cover class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450x230x50 mm for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.
