PDG. ONE NO. HIGH MAST LIGHTING SYSTEM IN PURCHASE CENTRE RANJEETPURA (M.C. BILASPUR)

Earth work in excavation in foundations, trenches, etc. in all kinds of soils, not exceeding 2meters depth including dressing of botton and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil, clear form the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all sruplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 meters.

Flat brick paving laid dry over 25mm thick with mud mortar grouted with sand.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 with stone aggregate 20mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footing strips, foundation beams, rafts pedestal an approach slab of bridge etc. excluding steel reinforced including centering and shuttering laid in position ground level complete in all respect.

Cement concrete 1:1½ 1:3 with stone aggregate 40mm nominal size of reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20cm thickness (straight and curved ) beams, girders stairs columns, (square or rectangular) batters and lintels etc. excluding steel reinforcement but including centering, complete in all respect.

Fe 500 EQR TMT Steel bar (ribbed /for steel ) bars for RCC works, where not include in the complete rate of RCC including bending and placing in Position complete.

Supply, Erection Testing and commissioning of 12.5M. High Mast of make Vipin S.T. Poles/Utkarsh/Skipper High Mast Manufactured from B.S.E.N. 10025 or equivalent grade material in two sections hot dip, galvanized inside and outside in single dip, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 par-3 suitable for 6 Nos. luminaries loading fully motorized (power tool) with starter and cable complete along with standard accessories supplied by the manufacturer with 3 nos. steel wire rope double drum system and twin dome aviation light with LED without foundation but including cost of set of foundation nut and bolts, installation at site complete in all respect upto entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Thickness of top section = 3mm ( minimum) Bottom sectoin = 3 mm(minimum) (ii) Top dia = 150mm Bottom dia= 360mm (iii) Thickness of Galvanized Top = 65 micron (min) Bottom = 85 micron (min.)

Supply, Erection of Godrej almirah type M.S pedestal made of 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron frame with 3.00 mm thick M.S sheet covering including shutters with suitabel hinges and locking arrangement with Godrej type handle including round bars. The top covering should have down-ward overhang of 75mm on all sides of pedestal, having two sets of water proof ventilation holes of suitable size on the sides, at top and bottom, each set containing four Nos. holes to discharge the heat producted by the current. the shutters fixed wiht rubber gasket of superior quality and of sutable size to make it water proof. The pedestal duly painted both inside and outside with two costs of approved paint and primary coat and it's legs are embeded upto the entire depth in 1:2:4 cement concrete block, projected 75mm all around the pedsetal and 200 mm above the ground level including the cost of all labour and material required to complete th jon in all labour and material required to complete the job in all respect upto the entire satisfaction fo Engineer-in-charge of work:- (i) MS Pedestal of size 600 mm wide, 750 mm high 300 mm deep and bottom totally open duly embedded in cement concrete block of size 750 mm x 450 mm x 200 mm above ground level duly plastered with 12 mm thick 1 : 4 cement plaster, having a base of size 900 mm x 600 mm x 250 mm below ground level.

Supply & errection of metal clad switches/BD Bs with rag bolt on wall or on existing angle iron board/pedestal including bonding to earth an necessary connection. (i) T.P.N. 63 Amp 415 Volt KA 3 phase

(i) Earthing with G.I. eath plate 600mm x600mm x6mm thick including accessories and Pdg. Masonry enclosures with cover plate having Locking arrangement and wearing pipe etc.( but without charcoal or coke and salt) complete as required.

(ii) Extra for charcoal or coke and salt G.I plate or copper plate earth electrode.

(iii) S/E of 20mm x 3mm thick G.I tape fixed suitable G.I stapple of same size.

(iv) Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5m long and 40mm dia with masonry enclosures on the top etc. as required

(v) Extra for using salt and charcoal/coke for pipe earth elctrode as required

(vi) Pdg. and fixing 4.00mm dia G.I wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required.

S/E of U/G cable, loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections:- (i) 10 sqmm 4 core cable (Armoured)

S/E of PVC copper conductor wire single core 660/110 volts grade as per HSR (I) Size 2.5 sqmm

S/E of LED light luminaries 150 watt having minimum 15000 lumens with lens covering (30-35) mtr radius with minimum 4 lux of end point flood light fitting (IP-66) Make:- Wipro (Model LF20-192-060-57-G2), Bajaj (Model BJFL-150W-LED), Philips (Model BVP122 LED 150 CW HE NB FG XTFCL S4), Havells (Model JETAIRISFLS150W) with high power LED and unique flood optics to ensure uniform distribution and accessories required to complete the job in all respect the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-charge and as per complete detail specifications (copy enclosed)

S/E of mark double walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE pipe laid 1mtr. Below ground level including dugging and Refilling of earth including cost of suitabel size socket/ cuppler for HDPE pipe including the cost of labour and material required to complete th job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of Enginee-in-charge of the work.
