Taking down old unsv PCC poles and Material and labour for steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 (11metre long) with 300 mmx300mmx6mm mild steel base plate continuously welded to pole, finial taper, nut, bolts and screws all as specified including factory painted with two coats of black bituminous paint internally through out and externally for embedded portion and applying one coat of red oxide primer for the remaining portion and two coats of aluminium paint beyond 1.5M from ground level/coping and making 30cm black and white strips with two coats of super enameled paint up to 1.5M from ground level/coping, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old /unsv earthing and provision of new Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground leel, connecting to the Galvanised earthing lead strip 32x6mm size, by means of bolts, nuts, heck nuts and washers of galvanized iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 65mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, test point made out of 40mm x 8mm FI with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR-1991 Part I and connected to earth test point, all as specified or indicated incl testing on completion. Note:- The required resistance of Earthing shall be 2 ohm or less than 2 ohm, If not fouund to the required resisstance, the contractor has to reorganised for required resistance and the cost for the same included in the quoted rate and no extra shall be paid on failure of getting required resistance.

Supply and fixing in replacement of HT feeder pillar box outdoor type factory made weather and vermin proof made out from 3.15 mm sheet supported with legs all across the panel made of angle iron 50x50x5 mm of size 1.2 mtrx1 mtrx1 mtr with 3 Nos required length Aluminium bus bar of size 40x10mm or 400 Amps for 11 KV , 11 KV post Insulator 6 Nos duly drilled hole for HT Cable connection including front and rear side openable with locking arrangment suitable for 11 KV HT and provision for incoming and out going HT cable connection including painting with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamels paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete and providing security fence XPM jally type of 2 mtr height from ground level square type all rounded 2.5 mtr length with 9nos angle iron of 25x25x5mm of hight 2.25mtr (2mtr above ground 0.25 mtr under ground) including necessary location gate of same XPM jally all as specified and directed . Note:- Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick platform built in PCC not less then 60 cm above ground level with suitable PCC foundation rendering 15 mm in CM (1:6), applying two coats and cement base paints and XPM jally supported on 9 nos angle iron with concrete base.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in replacement underground cables XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strips armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor HT 11000 volts grade and 95 sqmm 3 core cross sectional area conforming to latest IS and ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Scraping of old paint from the steel tubular pole 11 mtr height with out removing accessories and preparation of surfaces for repainting. Repainting the pole with one coat of alternative white and black straps of 30 cm each upto 1.5 mtr height using synthetic enamell paint and repainting the remaining pole and iron parts i.e U clamps, channels etc above 1.5 mtr height by applying one coat of alumn paint all as required at site or directed. Suplying and fixing Disc type insulator, porcelain / Polymer, vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green single assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of Air break gang operated switch with 12 Nos insulators outdoor type, triple pole, mechanically operated, suitable for vertical installation, single break, provided with locking arrangement, consisting of MS Channel, HT post type insulator copper alloy, high pressure, assembly drop out fuses, operating rod 25mm dia GI pipe, medium grade for operating from 1.2 m above GL complete including drop out fuses conforming to IS rated voltage 11 KV and for current rating 200 Amp all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep for foundations of poles/stays/cable etc not exc 10 Sqm area on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat transversely along the length of cable with width equal to the length of bricks over sand cushioning as protection cover of cable laid.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches including spreading and consolidation in layers of 8 cm thick before laying the cable & 15 cm thick after laying the cable and punned down to form a bed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unsv and Supply , installation, connecting electricallt and commissioning switch air break, gang operated triple pole mounted on insulators 15 Nos and steel frame with operating mechanism in worked from ground level, drop out fuse, for current rating upto 400 amps and working voltage 11000 volts all as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L in replacement of ACSR conductor drawn straight horizontal on overhead lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag, jointing jumpers, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing of DWC HDPE tubing 110 X 95 mm bore for open/ underground laying cable, cut to size and making the tubing for cable protection including cutting of road etc./cutting of PCC and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) The using of GI clamp in the wall/drainage rate are deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The insulation of DWC pipe should be of high that does not deteriorate with UV rays/heavy sun rays/winter season etc. (c) Drawing existing cable through DWC pipe shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Note:- Deduction for Schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part-II) to be made of ₹ 143725.00 from the total quoted amount of BOQ while accepting the bid. Details of schedule of credit is given in tender documents.
