Generator Current in all phases Frequency Power Factor Energy Indication for alternator supply Running time indications number of hours of operation and service intervals, service due indications The AMF panel must be designed to ensure trouble free performance and ensure switching over Electrical Load to DG within 15 (fifteen) second from the instant of mains failure.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE The DG set should have integrated acoustic enclosure at the manufacturing state itself. High quality acoustic enclosure must be certified as per CPCB-II norms. Base Frame Common iron channel fabricated base frame containing the engine and alternator, mounted on AVM pads and having provision for lifting Hook.

INSTALLATION WORK OF DG: Providing cement concrete foundation for the DG set with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 course sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)[M20 grade ] including excavation, providing base concrete with 1:5:10 cement concrete, required centering/ shuttering, finishing the exposed portion etc. as reqd. ( Item will be paid based on measurements for 1:2:4 CC, but excluding the 1 : 5: 10 leveling course of base concrete) as per direction of E-in-Charge and manufacturer recommendation for 750 KVA DG Set.

SITC of Self Suppurting Special Type MS Structure Made from 50 mm dia Hollow Pipe, 50 X 50 X 8 mm & 40 X 40 X6 mm MS Angle incld. S & F Annodised GI Sheet to cover up the DG Set as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge [ Drawing and design to be approve by Rngineer in Charge befote execution of Work ]

Supply and Installation of exhaust pipe line connection with MS black pipe 300mm (12”) dia ISI approved, necessary bend, tee etc. and nuts, bolts, washer, gasket incl. electrical welding where necessary.

S&F special type lattice (box) MS angle iron structure made of (65x65x8)mm (4 nos) for main structure with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle bracing(inclined cross member) properly welded with main structure to support 300mm dia MS pipe, incl CC foundation 1mtr x 1mtr x 2 mtr & painting as per direction of the EIC.

Wrapping the Exhaust pipe line (300mm dia) with Al. sheet high quality with necessary wire mesh & 50mm thick glass wool.as per direction of EIC.

S&F rain protection canopy for 300mm Exhaust pipe.

Hire charges for scaffolding by bamboo required rope of square type arrangement for smooth working & carriage of MS black pipe by vertical run & dismantling at the end of work.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil

Earthing with Copper plate (610x610x3mm size) having weight of 9.84 Kg and 1 No. 25x5mm Copper strip (3.20 mt long) & 1 no. 6 sqmm PVC insulated stranded Copper wire (4 Mt long) incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (4 mt. long) to be fillied with bitumen, partly under the ground level & partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level and restoring the surface duly rammed incl. providing 3.0 mt long, 25 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) for periodic treatment,incl. providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36x86.36x46cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25 cm width, duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size36.56x35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer and treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal for earth electrod .

Supplying & fixing of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm in excess of 4mt for each earthing and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection to be filled with bitumen.

Supply & Laying of 12core 1.5 Sqmm Copper Aurmoured control cable, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as 100mm and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below : 12core 1.5 Sqmm Copper Aurmoured cable

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes. 1.5Sqmm

Supply and Laying 150mm dia spiral nylon pipe inside the DG foundation.

Supply, Delivery including transportation of HSD Oil

Supply, Delivery including transportation of Mobil Oil

Supply and delivery Diesel Hand fuel transfer pump . ( manual operation ) as per direction of EIC .

TERMS & CONDITION (i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duty etc. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS specifications. The DG Set to be supplied must be from the authorized OEM of the respective Engine Manufacturer. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's test certificate for Diesel Engine, Alternator etc. Will have to submit in triplicate copy during delivery of the equipment. (iv) Copy of "Type Approval Certificate" and Certificate of "COP" must be produced at the time of delivery issued from competent Authority (As per CPCB-II).

(v) Circuit Diagram for AMF Panel must be submitted from the Manufacturer/OEM. (vi) The entire set must be warranted at least 15 months from the date of Delivery/12 months/ 5000 Hrs from the date of Commissioning whichever is earlier. However Engine & Alternator should be warranted of 2 years/5000 Hrs, whichever is earlier.

Special Terms and Conditions 1. It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work)(Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
