REPAIRS /REPLACEMENT OF OLD BATTERY BANK, LT PANEL, AMMETER, VOLTMETER AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF ELECTRIC INSTALLATION OF RA AND DA UNDER GE PULGAON

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking down of cables, getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by EIC.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing Double wall Corrugated High Density Polymer Ethylene (HDPE) pipe of SIZE 50 mm diameter as per IS 14930 (Part-2):2001, Laid in trenches/floors and fixed on walls/poles, with and including neccessary fittings such as bends, sockets and other connected accessories etc., for laying of electric cables, complete all as specified and as directed. by EIC

All as per item No 4 above….. But for HDPE pipe size 90 mm diameter

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as directed by EIC.

Supply, laying and testing 10 Sq mm 2 core LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items :-

All as per item No 7 above….. But of size 16 Sq mm 2 core

All as per item No 7 above….. But of 10 Sq mm 4 core

All as per item No 7 above….. But of size 16 Sq mm 4 core

Supply & laying in repair 40mm bore galvanized steel tubing "light grade" with all fittings in trenches/ under roads/ along pole/ wall for cable protection all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Chrage. .

All as per item No 15 above….. But of size50 mm bore

Road cutting for UG cable under road/railway crossing, pavement, hardstanding by mannually means, protection GI pipe for cable of required dai and making it good to match with the adjoining surface/structure for after cable passing complete all as specified and directed. by EIC Note : GI pipe and PCC will be measured and paid against respective items.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed .

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

S&F for Indicator lamp neon/LED type (set of three ) complete all as specified ad directed. by Engr-in-Chrage

S& F for Panel Wiring with suitable size PVC insulated PVC sheathed 1100 volts grade FRLSH type with copper conductor multistranded cable not less than 1.5 sqmm with lugs on both ends of cable. complete all as specified ad directed. by Engr-in-Chrage

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clamps and fix new hinges by drilling or belding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper, insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottam, including cleaning of grass around, from the panel till 2mtr and from road to panel for easy operation complete all as specified and drirected by Engr-In-Charge

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel all cables from loops, for fixing GI Pipe for cable protection and making new foundation in place of broken foundation with PCC 1:4:8 in 40 mm graded stone aggregate and re-fixing all cables with proper lugs after inserting through GI pipe complete. Note :; PCC shall be measured and paid in the respective items.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint e ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S and F in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 350 x 250 x 150mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr shall be included in quoted rate.

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections twin core cable of size 10 Sqmm flat complete all as specified ad directed. by Engr-in-Chrage

Material and labour for coarse aggregate filling using stone gravels, rounded, of size n exc. 43 mm suitable to site, in the area covered by four pole structures complete all as specified and directed.
