(b) Sucking out of sludge and mud from the tank by using sludge pump (c) High pressure cleaning of walls and ceiling of water tank using 150 bar pressure jet cleaner which shall rid the walls off calcinations, algaes and all contamination. (d) Cleaning and draining up of tank by using industrial vaccum cleaner (e) Antibacterial treatment of internal wall and ceiling of tank by using bio-degradeable antibacterial spray. (f) Finally sterilization and disinfection of tank shall be done by using UV radiation developing from UV radiator to kill any suspended bacteria remaining in the tank. Fatory made UPVC white colour fixed glazed ventilator made of (small series) frame 47x50mm mullion 47x68mm both having wall thickness of 1.9± 0.2mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension (Area upto 0.75 Sqm) comprising of UPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60± 0.2mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to UPVC profile), UPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I fasteners 100x8mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drillng of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quiality, all complete as per approved drawing and all as specified and directed.

Figured glass 5mm thick pin head type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.5Sq.m in each pane all as specified and directed.

Butt hinge, 100 mm long medium weight, cold rolled mild steel, and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section 150 mm long all as specified and directed.

Extruded aluminium alloy handles 150 mm long, fabricated type, anodised complete all as specified and as directed

75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base floor and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 20-22 mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors, steps etc over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beam and column in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies and in shelves and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc. Fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as speicified and directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1.00mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm and PVC waste pipe of 32mm bore and of suitable length, complete all as specified and directed.

Stainless steel plate track of size 0.9 X 1.2 m complete all as specified and as directed.
