Excavation for foundation in earth by manual / mechanical, soils of all types, sand gravel and soft murum, soft rock, hard rock Including de-watering removing the excavated materials at specific location within the camous area and lift as specified, stacking and spreading, necessary dewatering unless provided elsewhere, preparing the bed for the foundation and required back filling, ramming, watering, shoring and strutting etc. complete. as directed.

Providing dry trap/rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting etc. complete. In all respect. as directed and instructed.

Filling in Court yard & Frontage extension with available material : Filling in plinth, floors or whereever directed with approved material brought from surplus excavated stuff or with in the campus including re-excavation of stack wherever required, including filling in layers of maximum 200mm in depth, watering, compaction, levelling etc. copmlete. the proctor density of such compacted fill shall be 95% of standard proctor.

Filling in plinthwith contractors murum, Same as above, but filling with contractor's locally available filling material (Murum) with all leads and lifts brought from outside 'Owners Premises (Material to be approved by engineer in charge) including its supply, transportation all royalties etc. complete.

Removing existing flooring and P.C.C. thick and stacking the debris in site for refilling the same etc. complete.

Providing & Laying PCC. In RMC with M-15 in foundation, below plinth beam, beow flooring etc in RCC bands where ever required with necessarry shuttering complete in all respect as directed & instructed

Providing and casting in situ RMC cement concrete M 25 of trap metal for R.C.C. footing, columns incl circular, plinth beams, roof beam, lintel, chajja Slabs and landings of all thickness as per detailed drawings and designs, including centering, formwork, compacting, roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided and curing etc. Complete. (Excluding steel reinforcement) complete as directed and instucted working at all levels and heights inclduing scaffolding where ever required.

Providing and fixing in position Steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, coping, fins, arches, etc.as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules, including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, cover block, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required all inclusive of labour, wastage etc complete as directed and instructed. Providing and constructing 230mm. Thick second class Burnt brick masonry with conventional / I.S. type bricks having compressive strenght not less than 35 Kg/Cm2 in cement mortar 1:6 in chambers, superstructure of inner / external walls including striking joints on exposed faces, scaffolding, watering etc.complete in all respect

12 mm cement plaster of mix in 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work in welded ( preferabilly SAIL , TATA , VIZAG, JSW & using electrodes of AdOr make only ) in built up tubular sections ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position for all heights and levels and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer,two coat of enamel paint including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete with Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing, fabricating, hoisting and erecting in position structral steel works in welded ( SAIL , TATA , VIZAG & using electrodes of AdOr or ES4B or Deh Secheron make only ) in built up sections comprising of trusses, lattice girders, brackets, columns, bracing and other connected steel work with necessary joists, channels, angles L-sections, plates, chequered plates , gusset plates, rivots, chemical anchor fastners , bolts, nuts, washers, including cutting, welding, for all heights and levels in all type of structural steel with applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing & fising in position 16mm thick Multi wall clear/coloured polycarbonate sheet of M/s Rooflite, Palamar or equivalent make for roof covering including cutting of sheets to required size, fixing polycarbonate sheet on exisitng MS structure supporitng with stainless steel nut, bolts,bitumen washers, providing EPDM gasket allarounnd & sealing the gaps using silicon sealant manufacture by Dowcornings/GE Silicons ot approved equivalent etc. compete as directed & instructed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate shall included cost of all scaffolding equipemnts, hardware, wastage etc working at all levels and heights.

Providing & Fixing 4mm. ACP panel facia On three sides of the roof facia to be fixed with 2” X 1” M.S. section frame work including 1" X 1" Aluminium frame work complete in all respect. Including painting as above.

Providing & fixing 6” dia P.V.C. Gutter with 4” dia rain water pipe. Gutter & pipe to be fixed with M.S. bracket including welding anchoring etc. complete in all respect

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge)0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 micronsepoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should besupplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self appingscrews of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto anypitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost ofpurlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
