M & L Non-skid, joints free ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.16 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick average in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L Non Skid joints free ceramic coloured tiles (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by E-in-charge.

M&L Colored glazed ceramic coloured tiles in verticale surfaces 350mmx 250mmx 7 mm/ 450mmX 350mmX 7mm thick set over and incl 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for joint free glazed coloured ceramic coloured tiles 7-8mm thick area of each tile not exceeding 1.00 sqm on vertical surface of walls set and jointed with neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick in cement plaster 1:4 using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
