M&L for ATT, Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Antitermite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 litres per sq.m of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding levelling etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, on concrete roof surface finished fair and even to maintain the proper slope of roof surface complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately)

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to non-accessible roof slab with APP based modified polymeric membrane centre core 100mm micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron each having thickness 3mm weight not less than 3kg/Sqm as per manufacturer’s instructions with torch application complete all as specified and directed with following course of description:-

(a) After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repair the slab will be tested for water tightness again before proceeding with further treatment.

(b) the surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths, etc. over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, moss, dust, etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain out lets a grove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle-fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners.

(c) Bitumious based primer confiorming to IS: 3384 @ 0.3 kg/SM to be applied on prepared surface, till the surface is property impregnated.

(d) After the application of approved bituminous primer the water proofing membrane shall be laid on the primed surface by torch application method as per manufacturer's instruction. The overlap while torching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All overlap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and seling it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer.

(e) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the membrane.

(f) Fourth course of Apply a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm over APP membrane.

Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of water proofing treatment to Sunken floor slabs of WC,Bath, Toilet & Kitchen with polymeric based chemicalas per manufacturer’s instructions over bottom & sides of sunken portion all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge with following course of description below:- (a)Laying PCC 1:2:4 type B0 12.5 mm stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction of avg 25 mm thick on bottom portion of sunken with proper slope towards spout/spouts all as directed. (b) Vertical sides shall be plastered in CM 1:3, 15mm thick, mixed with water prrofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green ie PCC and plaster be carried out at the same time. (c) After laying all sewage/plumbing pipes with fixtures in position, apply 2 coat of polymeric based chemical as per maniufacturer instructions over bottom & sides of sunken portion. (Description of item continued on Ser item No 16.01)

(d) Test for water tightness by ponding for 72 hours and rectify defects if any till total elimination of defects. Note : 1. Work of water proofing treatment will be got executed by the contractor from the authorised applicator of the company form which the contractor sources the material. 2. All the material required for water proofing treatment will be procured by the contractor from same firm to ensure the quality of material. 3. Warranty for 10 years will be obtained from manufacturer by the contractor.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 Type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass filling in two layer in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 50mm bore, G.I pipe as in spout to drain out water if any leakage occures in the sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in skirting over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300x450x7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and including including 10mm thick redering in CM 1:4 on wall complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder Masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab, 20-25 mm thick and laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), set and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc with and including Cutting / Griding / mirror Polishing on Kota stone as per local trade practice, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Green marble 18/20 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 as in steps, pillars, wndow cills, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
