Dismantling/Taking down to existing unserviceable panel board of any size by disconnecting the existing cable connection, earthing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Necessary excavation and earthwork for LT UG cables of any size and type for taking out loop is inclusive of quoted rate.

Taking out old unserviceable Bus coupler Panel Board and Supply, install, testing and commissiong of New Floor mounted Bus coupler Panel Board Factory Fabricated of size 0.50 mtr x 1.85 mtr x 0.50 mtr, dust and vermin proof , cubical type , indoor type , made with 2.0 mm thick CRCA sheet of size 50.00 cm x 185.00 cm x 50.00 cm , internally and externally shall be painted with epoxy powder coating paint with 7 tank process for treatment of degreasing, pickling & two coats primer, before being given the stove epoxy finish , consisting switch connector 1000 Amps to couple two Panels which are installed under Serial item No. 2.00 of BOQ here-in-before complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Energy Efficient LED street light fitting of 60 Watt including No. of LED bulbs as per manufacturers instructions for lighting of 60 watt , epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing to act as heat sink for efficient dissipation of heat and toughened glass with IP 66 degree of protection, system luminous efficency more than 100 lumens / watt individual LED's should have lenses for better throw across and along road, PF>0.9 with voltage range 140 to 270 Volt, fitting should be provided wih inbuilt 10 KV minimum surge protection, short circuit and over voltage protection facility for Driver and fiiting including making electrical connection for cable connection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Make : SYSKA Cat part No. SSK-SLF-CF-60W SSK or equivalent cat part of makes as specified in Appendix ‘A’ approved list of makes / manufacturers here-in-after and approved by GE.

Material and labour for Cleaning and preparation of old painted surface of street light steel tubular pole 9.00mtr long and painting with two coat of aluminum paint including brackets and making alternative black and yellow strips on pole with synthetic enamal paint (each strip 15 cm height) upto 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping including applying two coats of cement base paint to coping and foundation base above ground level complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cleaning and preparation of old surface of LT PCC pole including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with black and white strips 30 cm wide each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. including applying two coats of cement base paint to coping and foundation base above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unservicable under ground LT XLPE / PVC cable of any size from trenches / wall / roof / road / pipe / pole / DB including taking out of brick layer of cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Relaying of old serviceable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground electric cable reterived from Ser Item No. 8.00 here-in-before 16 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Earth work, brick & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Relaying of old serviceable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty underground electric cable reterived from Ser Item No. 8.00 here-in-before 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ ducts/ through pipes/ in floors / under roads/ hard standing /along poles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Earth work, brick & sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for pipe line, cable trenches etc not exceeding 10 sqm area on plan and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying Best quality, locally available, sub class ‘B’ clay bricks (Old Size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable , perpendicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour sand cushioning using clean Fine River sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Supply and laying or fixing GI tubing light grade 50 mm dia for cable protection including fitting complete with flat iron clamps size of flat iron 25mm x 4mm, nuts, bolts & washers complete fixed to poles / along wall / floor / under road / across the drain or nallah / laid in trench all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge .

Material and Labour Steel tubular poles type 410 SP-31 (9.00mtr long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts nuts & screws complete all as specified including internal surface of steel tubular pole through out and external surface up to planting depth shall be painted with bituminous paint and remaining external surface shall be treated with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer complete and painting upto 1.5 mtr with alternate layer of yellow & black including marking Sr No of the poles all as specified. Note:- Necessary earthwork and cement concrete work shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items of respective schedules.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT Cable junction box shall be insulated and made out of Polycarbonate with glass fiber reinforced and size should be not less then 260mm x 210mm x 116 mm. .The Polycarbonate Junction Box shall be environment friendly, recyclabe, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive. The Junction Box shall be rated for Degree of ingress Protection IP 66 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material of junction box shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded.The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The Junction Box colour according to RAL 9011. 7.The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For beter safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glove Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechnical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Make : Cat Part K 9350 of Hensel/Siemens/GE Power/Rittal. Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB . Note :- The rate of one No. 4 pole connector and one no. MCB SP 'C' curved 6 Amp 9/10KA and chromium plated clamps and nut bolts is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account.

Supply and fixing Street light bracket made out of 40mm dia GI tubing medium grade made to shape 1.5 Mtr long with fixing arrangement for LED fitting duly painted with two coats of synthetic aluminium paint over a coat of primer including MS clamps and back plates fabricated from steel section including nuts, bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Volume of poles/struts embedded in concrete shall be deducted.)

Material and Labour PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, foundation of poles/struts etc including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolitiong of old earth pit and Material and Labour Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI strip 32mm X 6 mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate layer of charcoal or coke and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top. 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh,RCC cover & frame, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation & earth work, all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part – I. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.
