SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF BER IRON REMOVAL CUM FILTRATION PLANT AND OTHER MISC WORK AT MARIANI UNDER GE JORHAT

Designing, supplying, installing, testing and commissioning integrated water treatment plant consisting of one number of Oxidation Chamber of flow rate 91 m³ per hour, one number of dual media filter of flow rate 91 m³ per hour, one number of activated carbon filter of flow rate 91 m³ per hour and one number of air blower with motor of capacity 221 m³ per hour including paining, valves, inlet & outlet pressure gauges, base frames and designing the system to achieve the requirements of drinking water as per IS 10500: 2012. The following sub assemblies/components shall also be supplied and deemed to be included in the quoted rates. a) Frontal Pipe of suitable dia and grade as per OEM receommendations. b) Control valve of suitable dia and grade as per OEM recommendations. c) Air compressor for proper Aeration as per OEM recommendations. d)Filter and catalytic Media- Sand & gravels as required and MNO2 as per OEM reommendations. e) Cheminject chemical dosing pump of suitable capacity and FRP solution storage tank of suitable capacity as per OEM recommendations. f) Pressure Gauge, air vent system, back washing facility etc as recommended by OEM. NOTE- Cost of construction of Civil platform suitable for foot stool foundation including drain and pit to accomnodate the entire plant and sub assemblies, painting and misc fitting like TEE, Bends, sluice valve, PS pipe, electrical connections etc are deemed to included in quoted rate.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E165 as per IS 15911: 2010 as in framed work such as grills, grating, etc., with ends of bars of shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Supplying & laying in trenches 150 mm nominal dia ductile iron pressure pipe for water mains, centrifugally cast, spigot and socket ends (for push on joints), class K9 in any length complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Rubber gasket joints (push on joints) shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L in repairs for rising stem type CI sluice valves having double flanged SS spindle for connections of nominal pressure (PN 1.6) as per IS 14846: 2000 of preferred materials, nominal size 200 mm including nuts, bolts, packing sheets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up filtration media gravel of size 20 mm to 40 mm, as per IS 8419 part-I 1977, inside existing rapid gravity filter / pressure filter at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up filtration media gravel of size 12 mm to 20 mm inside existing rapid gravity filter / pressure filter at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up filtration media gravel of size 6 mm to 12 mm, as per IS 8419 part-I 1977, inside existing rapid gravity filter / pressure filter at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up filtration media gravel of size 3 mm to 6 mm, as per IS 8419 part-I 1977, inside existing rapid gravity filter / pressure filter at different locations complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up filtration media sand, effective size 0.35 mm to 0.50 mm, hard and resistant quartz or quartzite, free from clay, fine particles, soft grains and dirt of every description, as per IS 8419 part-I 1977, inside existing rapid gravity filter/ pressure filter at different complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for filling / topping up Magnese dioxide (MnO2) (FERRIMENIX COMPOUND) media approx size 20mm-24mm with MnO2 content of minimum 65% inside existing aeration tower/Oxidation Chamber complete all as specified and directed.
