PROVN OF PAVER BLOCK IN OMQ AREA AT BHISIANA UNDER GE (AF) BHISIANA

Material and labour for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for 75mm thick cement concrete ( 1:4:8), type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block/ interlocking tile of M-40 grade, prepolished & preglazed, with approved colour, design & pattern (laid in required colour & pattern as directed) as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-20 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar (1:3) (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, mud stops, packing sides/around of interlocking tiles, etc and including necessary form work as required etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, consolidating the surface with Durmat/hand roller, and levelling, including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr nd depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed
