Renovation of 3 Flats at TMC Old Ph VI

DISMANTLING . Carefully dismantling existing Flooring, skirting, wall dado & any type like Marble Mosaic, Kotah, ceramics, Kitchen wall, on any floor along with their bedding mortar/ cement plaster up to RCC slab top /brick wall surface by manual means, including removing any other fittings/ fixtures of plumbing/ carpentry like sink, taps, of any type, CI/GI open/concealed pipes along with their specials, nahani/ floor trap, stacking the same at location as directed by Bank's Engineer, including providing scaffolding (if required), carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. all complete. Rate shall be inclusive of carefully dismantling existing brickbat coba of sunken portions of Toilets & kitchen mori upto the RCC slab top surface. Rates shall also be inclusive of suitable rebate for taking away scrap items out of dismantled material. SCREED CONCRETE: M-20 Providing, mixing, laying, consolidation, curing and finishing screed concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 aggregates: 3 M-sand) of required thickness using appropriate size aggregate 12 mm and down, M-sand. Cement slurry mixed with approved make waterproofing compound shall be applied to the RCC slab surface before laying screed concrete. The rates are including cleaning of surface etc. complete as directed by Bank’s Engineer. (for further details please refer respective Item description in the NIT and Tender specification)

INTERNAL SINGLE COAT CEMENT PLASTER Carefully dismantling the existing loose/damaged plaster after checking the entire flat walls, ceiling, beams etc. Providing and applying internal single coat cement plaster in patches of average thickness 15mm or of required thickness (to match with the existing plaster thickness) for walls and ceiling with ready mix 1:4 mortar of approved make. The surface fished with minimum 1mm thick cement-based wall putty of approved make for levelling the surface smoothly in proper line, level and plumb including scaffolding, curing, removal of debris etc. Quoted rate shall include removal of the existing damaged plaster, cleaning the surface, carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. The work shall be carried out on any floor. INTERNAL STRUCTURAL REPAIRS Carrying out structural repairs to RCC member like slabs, beams, columns, etc. wherever required as per following specifications. Carefully removing existing loose/ cracked concrete/mortar from columns/ slabs/ beams etc. to required depth, providing and applying rust remover to exposed steel reinforcement and cleaning the reinforcement by wire brush for removing the rust scales. Then applying anticorrosive coat (or any other approved chemical) on the cleaned steel reinforcement in 2 coats as per manufacturer’s specification (as protective coat), making up the loss in concrete section by providing and applying ready mix polymer modified mortar over concrete surface in layers of 15mm average thickness over a bonding coat of approved make chemical mixed/ applied as per manufacturer’s specification. Only finished surface areas will be measured and paid for. The rate shall also include scaffolding, curing, carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. complete. WATER PROOFING TREATMENT: Carrying out water proofing treatment conventional type in sunken portion of toilets and kitchen mori, by application of approved make chemical coating over the bare RCC slab as per manufacturer's specifications, filling the cracks of existing RCC slab by making "V" groove and filled with polymer mortar as per manufacturer’s specification, grouting of cement slurry (if required), plastering the base surface of slab in single coat including plastering the adjoining wall upto 300 mm above floor finish level in raedy-mix plaster mixed with approved waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's specification including making round vata with brick bat at the slab-beam junction, providing and laying required thickness brickbat coba in and kitchen mori by using well burnt brick bat of maximum size of 50 mm and laid in ready-mix mortar ratio and duly mixed with approved waterproofing compound in proportion as per manufacturer's specification. Providing and applying top coat plaster over brick bat coba in raedy-mix plaster of minimum 15mm thickness, keeping the surface rough so as to receive further finishes (for further details please refer respective Item description in the NIT and Tender specification)

VITRIFIED TILES FLOORING Providing and laying vitrified tiles flooring by using approved make vitrified tiles of 600 x 600 mm size or any other size and of any shade/ pattern. Tile shall be set on by providing and laying cement mortar bedding in CM 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) of minimum average thickness of 25mm and floated the tiles in grey cement paste for fixing, with close jointed and joint filled with approved tile grout mixed with matching pigment. Tile shall be laid to perfect line, level, slope and rates shall also include cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, cleaning, carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. complete as directed. Quoted rate shall includes providing 2 coats of Water proofing chemical coating on the base of bare RCC slab before laying the CM bedding including surface preparation, cleaning, mixing the chemical and applying the same as per manufacturer’s specification, etc. all complete. VITRIFIED TILES SKIRTING Providing and fixing 100 mm high vitrified tile skirting in perfect line and level by using vitrified tiles of the same make and shade as provided for flooring, providing and applying backing coat cement plasterusing readymix plaster of required thickness of 12mm, fixing vitrified tile skirting with grey cement paste, filling the joints with approved tile grout mixed with matching pigment, including cutting the tiles to required sizes for matching the joints, wastage, cleaning, carting away the debris out of the premises, etc. complete. Anti-skid CERAMIC TILE FLOORING IN TOILETS Providing and laying in proper line and slope anti-skid flooring with 300 mm x 300 mm ceramic tiles of approved make and shade laid over bed bedding of C.M 1: 4 of minimum 20mm thickness admixed with water proof chemicals (approved make to be used as per the manufacturers specifications) set with a floating coat of neat cement slurry and joints pointed with water proof tile grouts of approved make and quality (or white cement admixed with pigments and water proof admixture) to match with the shade of the tile, including wastages, machine cutting required numbers of holes etc complete and directed by the Engineers of the Bank. CERAMIC TILE DADO IN TOILETS Providing and fixing 300mm x 600mm or any other approved size ceramic tiles or vitrified tiles of approved make and shade over backing coat of readymix cement plaster, in proper line, level and plumb, of minimum15mm thickness for wall dado up to a height of 2300 mm from the FFL set with neat cement paste without any air pockets and pointed with water proof tile grouts of approved make and quality (or white cement admixed with pigments and water proof admixture) to match with the shade of the tile, including wastages, machine cutting etc complete and directed by the Engineers of the Bank. GRANITE TILE FLOORING IN KITCHENS Providing and laying in position 8 to 10 mm thick approved make Granite floor tiles of size 600mm x 300mmm or any other approved size and of over a bedding cement mortar of 25mm average thickness in CM 1:4, in required slope, filling the joints with approved tile grout mixed with matching pigment, cutting the tiles for nahani trap in proper shape and size, carting away the debris out of the premises, cleaning, etc. all complete.
