NOTE: - Testing of the surfaces prior to start the work by ponding, grouting or sealing of joints, making watta at corners/junctions etc. are deemed to be included for all items while quoting rates. GROUND CLEARENCE:- Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

SURFACE PREPARATION:- Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

EXTERIOR WALL DOUBLE SCAFFOLDING:- Providing and fixing double scaffolding system on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 10 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with Wodden ballies, placed 0.9 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tied with rope formed staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior wall protective layer 18 MM CEMENT PLASTER IN TWO COATS of TIH building in UOH:- 18 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge including providing chicken mesh on junction of columns & beams & providing grooves where ever required as per instructions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

SURFACE PREPARATION:- Initially the whole top surface will be completely removed and exposed up till the R.C.C slab. The surface shall be prepared thoroughly by chipping all loose material/mortar and cleaned with wire brush and coir brush in order to remove all loose and deleterious matter, and by using a heavy duty blower dust is also removed.(labour, tools & application charges)

Post construction repair to defective concrete surface and construction joints:- Providing and laying 12mm thick coving/haunching at the junction of slab and vertical offsets with CM 1:3 admixed with modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion (confirming to BS 6319) specially designed for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementations system (5 ltrs for 50kg cement). haunching/coving (03x03) inches to be done to the construction joints and where ever necessary (wall and floor), packing of all rain water outlets, fixing of cracks in the slab using polymer modified mortar & pre5pond testing to identify the leakages in the R.C.C.Slab carrying out injection grouting to the RCC surface at honeycombs, voids, cracks, etc., in the raft / retaining wall etc., wherever required as per our judgement, to full saturation, using using gravitational pressure/ Grout pump etc.which is inclusive of labour, tools and supervision charges.The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

Terrace waterproofing coating: For horizontal surface @ 1.10 kg per Sqmt per coat (min of 02 coats):- Providing and applying integral crystalline slurry of hydrophilic in nature for waterproofing treatment to the RCC structures like retaining walls of the basement, water tanks, roof slabs, podiums, reservior, sewage & water treatment plant, tunnels / subway and bridge deck etc., prepared by mixing in the ratio of 5 : 2 (5 parts integral crystalline slurry : 2 parts water) for vertical surfaces and 3 : 1 (3 parts integral crystalline slurry : 1 part water) for horizontal surfaces and applying the same from negative (internal) side with the help of synthetic fiber brush. The material shall meet the requirements as specified in ACI5 21253R52010 i.e by reducing permeability of concrete by more than 90% compared with control concrete as per DIN 1048 and resistant to 16 bar hydrostatic pressure on negative side. The crystalline slurry shall be capable of self5healing of cracks up to a width of 0.50mm. The work shall be carried out all complete as per specification and the direction of the engineer-in-charge. The product performance shall carry guarantee for 10 years against any leakage.

1:1.5:3 ratio 12mm jelly sloping/ screed concrete: SCREED CONCRETE MIX 1:1.5:3 (Cement 1 1/2 coarse sand:3 glazed stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) To provide protective screed of 25MM average thick using 6MM and down size aggregate for roof slab, floors, gutters and chajja etc including compaction, finishing, making grooves and curing etc to create the slope and shed the wateraway…. all complete cost inclusive of material, labour, shifting, loading, unloading, transportation GST and supervision charges.

Weather proof clay tiling:- Providing and laying in position finally to the finished cement surface weather proof clay tiling will be done as a preventive measure for the all extreme weather conditions and to avoid surface cracks of size 250 x 250mm of approved quality and make, over a bed of cement mortar 1:3 an average thickness 25mm over weather proof course and pointed with cement mortar 1:3 mix with red oxide including curing cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications.

Packing to the jointings of the wall/brick masonary, joints of the beam/ column,joint of the R.C.C.Slab and parapat wall by creating a groove to a thickness of 02-03mm in depth of 12mm, cleaning using high pressure water and packing the prepared surface with non shrikage plymer mortar/micro concrete wherever required.

Supply of SBR:- Supply of SBR (styrene butadiene rubber emulsion) by adding admixed with modified styrene butadiene rubber emulsion (confirming to BS 6319) specially designed for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementations system (5 ltrs for 50kg cement) to the exterior wall plastering mortar which reduces permiability and therefore reduces shrinkage and cracking and also improves bonding strength to the surface.

Bore Packing : Bore Packing : filling the bore wherever necessary with polymer modified concrete and brushing one coat of acrylic copolymer cross linked formulation on the bore. including all labour charges tools and equipments, all complete as per the manufacturer
