Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 20cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of lime stone, flint or quarzite sand stone or balast grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated with 8 to 10 capacity power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed

M&L preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 4 above but unsurfaced water bound macadom

M & L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen ) 5.0 Kg per ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (using paving bitumen) @ 10.0 Kg per Ten Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premix carpet with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (using paving bitumen) laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for liquid seal coat with binder @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen) blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm rolled and compacted with exceeding 8 ton but not exceeding 12 ton power roller to a uniform smooth surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for continuous brick edging with width equal to width of brick laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of old size sub class 'B' bricks incl dismantling existing brick edging complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) with glass beads of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic material applicator machine filled with profile shoe, glass beads dispensers, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F in repair two way reflective cat eye studs not less than 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm made of ABS plastic body of high compressive strength with electronically welded prismatic retro reflective lense on both sides for maximum retro reflection in wet & dry condition fixed as per manufactures instructions on the road surface including removal of old unserviceable studs complete all as specified and as directed. (Model No DA 978 of Make : Dark Eye or equivalent in 3M/ACE/AUTOMAT as approved by GE.

Supply and fix in repairs solar road studs size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm made up of high compresive strength materials of aluminum alloy to sustain over 10 tonnes weight ,100% water proof design according to IP65 ,with minimum 3 super bright LED lens on each opposite sides (2 sides only), with inbuilt solar panel of high effciency mono crystalline not less than 2.4V /0.3 watt with recharge battery not less than 1.2 V /1600 MA and fixing the stem firml;y into road surface as per manufacture instruction by hammering /embedding including removal of old unservicable studs complete all as specifeid and directed by Engr -in-Charge. (Model : Dhruv of make : Dark eye or equivalent in 3M/ AUTOMAT/ ACE/SUN EYEZ as approved)

M&L for brickwork with sub class’B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan of any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM 1:4.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm, exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and as directed.

Screening road metal, chippings, etc., on the site of the work and removing screened materials clear off the screen and stacking in separate heaps for reuse (materials from both sides of screen measured) all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for 10cm thick (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 1 (90 to 40 mm size), with lime stone , sand stone, flint or quartzite spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required. with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 18 above but except material

M & L for repair to potholes any depth and not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc., cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premix bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with liquid seal coat consist of binder 9.80 kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed including supply of premixed macadam and binder and chipping, depth of pot holes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L Premix bituminous, macadam using paving bitumen grade VG-10 any penetration content @ 4% by weight of total mix laid /rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8-10 tonne power roller and rolled to a uniform smooth surface (any consolidated thickness) including preparing existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen grade VG-10) @ 5 kg/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the IRC specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates shall deemed to include the cost of form work shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
