The intending bidder should have supplied Caustic Soda Lye (100%) of purchase order worth not less than Rs.31.0Lakhs for power plant/ any process industries in a single purchase order in the last five financial years (2020-21 to 2024-25) and PO copy shall be uploaded in e-portal (signed past PO copy as a proof).
The intending bidder shall be a manufacturer/ Authorized dealer for the supply of Caustic Soda Lye (100%). As a proof the bidder shall upload valid registration certificate issued by competent authority in case of manufactures & dealership certificate from manufacturer in case of authorized dealers.
The intending bidder in his name should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of Rs.62.15Lakhs for any two years during the last five years. As a proof, the bidder shall upload the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant.
Bidder shall have GST registrations & shall furnish copy of certificate as a documentary proof
The declaration duly signed in the prescribed format (Annexure - II) has to be enclosed.
