Taking down steel/wooden/PVC/Aluminium door chowkat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but n exc 4 Sqm each. but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)

Taking down steel/wooden/PVC/Aluminium door with chowkat or frames n.exc 1.5 Sqm each. but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)

Taking down shutter of any discription exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each and removing to store.

Refixing Aluminium / wooden / PVC doors( incl taking down, easing and adjusting and also refixing builder hardware as required) of shutter in same opening of any discription exc 1 sqm and n exc 2 sqm each

S & F pressed steel frames door 125 x 60 x1.25 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs/hold fast duly tarred with bitumen and sanding with sharp clean sand, hinges, lock strike plate including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 back of chowkhats, with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, including incl fixing of holdfast complete.NOTE:- During Fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishes like cement plaster ,similar wall tile,floor tile etc and as per site requirement.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 65 x 100 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). ® Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made. complete all as specified and directed by engr in Charge.

S&F factory made fully guaged/ wire guage single extruded WPC (Wood PolymerComposite) brown colour solid 30 to 35mm sizecomprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60.(Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and naturalfibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screwwithdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm², modulus ofelasticity 850 N/mm² and resistance to spread of flameof Class A category with property of being termite/borerproof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixingwith stainless steel butt hinges of required size withnecessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws No Black screw and at the top end two hinges to be provided, all as per direction of Engineer including Stainless steelwire cloth, 0.25 mm: to 0.36mm nominal dia of wire average width of aperture 1.40mm to 2mm and Aluminum XPM in rhombus shape, in one Piece from top rail to bottom rail all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.NOTE :- All screws shall be self tapping chrome plated.
