Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable line including spreading, leveling, well ramming complete all as specified and directed . Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying brick sub class "B" having minimum compressive strength 75 kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed .

Re-laying of bricks off size laid in treches fr jcable protection et complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as directed

Supply, laying and testing LT XLPE insuated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured earthed electric power cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade, heavy duty in trenches/along pole or wall of following sizes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charges. Note:- 1. Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, brick pipes, clamps, and cable joint shall be measured and paid separetely under respective items :-

M&L for tesitng of faulty LT XLPE/PVC armoured cable of any size and any position at CAD Pulgaon by using LT voltage testing kit installed on movable vehicle complete all as specified and directed. Note : This job includes cost of vehicle transport from Nagpur to Pulgaon and back

Supply & Fixing in repair cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Chrage. for the following size. Note : Excavation, returning filling, sand brick and removel shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item of this BOQ

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site all as directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as directed .

PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work all as directed by Engr-in-Chrage.

Material and labour in replacement/repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip 32mm X 6mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate no 5 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board etc with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded black trap/granite/Basalt stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 50mm thick cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth strip 32x6 mm and protection pipe 40 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr shall be included in quoted rate.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 mtr above ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 mtr from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate bay ( 30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S and F in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing rusted/broken out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated for cable cover frame work, from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of unserviceable jumper of ACSR Conductor with new jumpers of ACSR conductor of suitable size including binding properly on the existing OH line with clamp, nuts & bolts etc.complete all as specified and directed.
