Providing, laying and rolling of built-up spray grout layer over prepared base consisting of a two layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer, and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer to serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross-section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm(seventy five millimeters) as per MORD technical specification Clause 505.By manual means Bitumen VG-30(VG-thirty) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion (RS-1) distributor at the rate of 0.20 to 0.25 kg. (zero point two zero to zero point two five kilogram ) per sqm on the prepared bitumen surfaces and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 as per MORD direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimeters) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH (one hundred-one hundred twenty ) batch type hot mix plant producing an average output 75 (seventy five ) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading-II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30(VG-thirty) @ 5 to 5.5% (five to five point five percent) by weight of mix and filler, 2% (two percent) as per job mix formula transporting the hot mix to site of work, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.507 complete in all respect including repair of pot holes (for which nothing shall be paid extra) as per MORD direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Road marking with applied thermoplastic compound with refectorising glass board on bituminous surfaces providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm (two point five millimetre) thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms/sqmt. (two hundred fifty grams per square metre ) area thickness of 2.5mm (two point five millimetre) in exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35. The finished surface to be uniform and free from streaks and holes as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Supplying dual directional retro reflective cat eyes studs made for high quality colour less retro reflective mini board embedded to 6mm high (six millimeter) impact plastic eyes of dia 16mm (sixteen millimetre) containing 7 (seven) heads to each stud making a total of 42 (forty two) beads housed on both side in a strong aluminum castes stud size 10x10cm (ten into ten centimetre) provided with a mild steel zinck plated nail of dia 12mm (twelve millimetre) for fixing of roads by hammering made green/lite only, including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
