Supply of PVC pipe 160mm dia including paste, coupling and required items

Removing RCC Concrete road of 60 cm wide and 60 cm depth by supplying machinary tools and plants, labour , lead , lift and removed thar blocks shall be stock at free place of site as requested by Highways/Muncipal Department. Providing Danger light, indication arrangement

Removing the block topping of any thickness and forming cable trench 60 cm wide ,135 cm depth at road crossing by providing labour , lead, lift , tools and plants and danger/indication lights

Removing the paver blocks of 30cm thickness and forming cable open trench 60cm wide,60cm depth at road crossing by providing labour , lead, lift , tools and plants and danger/indication lights and removed paver blocks ,debries shall be kept stock at free place of site

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt and forming cable trench 60 cm wide, 135 cm depth at road crossing by using labour, lead, lift, tools and plants and danger/indication lights Using labour for breath 60cm , depth 90 cm

Earth work excavation in all soils including slush and silt and forming cable trench 60 cm wide, 135 cm depth at road crossing by using labour, lead, lift, tools and plants and danger/indication lights (Consumer servce trench)

Providing MS barricade 1.5m height using MS sheet 4mm thick, base channel 100 x 50 mm including labour , lift, lead, transporting shifting to new location

Laying and commissioning of LT 4 X240 Sq.mm cable and 4X 120 SQ.mm cable inside 160mm PVC pipe in excavated trench including labour, lift,lead, tools and plants in horizontal direction along the road , using straight joint kit for cable joint and termination of cable with suitable gland and lugs for pillar box wherever necessary

Laying and commissioning of LT 4 X 25 Sq.mm and 2 x 16 sq.mm cable in the excavated trench for service connections and street light using straight joint kit for cable joint and termination of cable by using suitable gland and lugs for pillar box

Refilling the exacavated concrete by using concrete in layers and well consolidated as per the standard specifications including cost of all materilas labour , lead , lift etc

Restacking with exacavated Paver blocks by using same Paver Blocks in layers and well consolidated as per the standard specifications including cost of all materilas labour , lead , lift etc

Refilling the exacavated earth by using soil in layers and well consolidated as per the standard specifications including cost of all materilas labour , lead , lift etc

Refilling the exacavated earth by using soil for consumer service trench in layers and well consolidated as per the standard specifications including cost of all materilas labour, lead , lift etc

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab ( cable route indication slab with engraving TANGEDCO power cable) of size 750X750X60mm casting RCC 1:3:6 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement , piling , shuttering, curing, transport from cast yard to various locations and fixing the slab along the LT cables at every 100 mtr interval

Casting and placing of RCC offset slab ( cable joint location marker indication slab with engraving TANGEDCO power cable) of size 750X750X60mm casting RCC 1:3:6 using 12 to 20 mm HBG metal with necessary reinforcement , piling , shuttering, curing, transport from cast yard to various locations and fixing the slab along the LT cables at every 100 mtr interval

Supply and laying of warning tape (Yellow colour TANGEDCO printed) size 150mm wide thickness P100 microns(0.1mm) at the depth og 0.5 mtr below the ground level

Providing watch and ward required at site as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Supply and provision of Danger Boards consisting of TNEB 440 V Danger with skull and bone symbol

Erection of Feeder pillar box with plinth as per specifications and sketch enclosed

Erection of Service pillar box with plinth as per specifications and sketech enclosed

Fixing cable conversion box for three phase service connection charges (including conversion box)

Fixing cable conversion box for single phase service connection charges (including conversion box)

Uprooting tree cutting charges including labour charges with hire charges of Power Machine.

Supply and Earthing of Cables by providing suitable metal plates and earth pipes as per the technical specifications .
