M&L for complete removal of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.cornices complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old existing treatment of plastered surfaces of walls and cornices by broomingn down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 0.75 litre/ 10 sqm over complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of steel surfaces exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of walls/concrete, kerb stone etc of any description over 10cm girth or width not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, for roof coverings in small patches all as specified and directed..

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S&F pre-painted zinc coated aluminum sheet (Galvalume) GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screws including scaffolding for a height upto 12.0 metres complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES: The self tapping screw shall be of adequate length to drive into complete thickness of purlin/rafter etc., and shall be fixed using neoprene and EPDM washers. Penetration and laps in sheet shall be sealed by using proper sealant profile. HDPE fillers shall be provided wherever required to close voids between sheets, sheet & fasteners etc., as per SSR Part-I 2009 complete.

S & F 8mm thick fibre cement plank ( size 3.00 x 0.15m ) of any colour fixed in position with suitable screws/ fasteners as per manufactures instructions on aluminium/ mild steel work in wall cladding including applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint on fibre planks complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Aluminium/ Mild steel work shall be measured and paid seperately. Make : Sheera of M/s Mahaphant Fibre cement (South Asia) Pvt Ltd or its equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition of cement concrete block masonry on any description complete all as specified and as directed.
