Road stud 100 x 100 mm

Delinators (Roadway Indicators)
Providing and fixing of Standard Metal Delinator as per IRC 79:2019 consisting of retro reflective area in white using full cube corner micro prismatic non-metalic retro reflective sheeting on each side confirming with IRC 67:2012 and meeting the coefficient of retro reflection value a per ASTM D 4956 Type XI table specificaion. The Delinator shall be painted with only black color powder coat of minimum 40 microns thickness, on top of which retro reflective sheeting only in white color shall be pasted on both sides. The structure shall have height not less than 800 mm above the ground, width not less than 100 mm and shall extend not more than 300 mm below the ground while being installed. The delinator shall have grooves across the length to make the reflective sheets vandal-proof. The Delinator is meant for application on gaps in median, Traffic islands,Dangerous bends, Roundabouts, nerrow bridges etc. or as desired by sit engineer.
Rumble strips
Providing and making rumble strips 15-20mm high at centre, 250mm wide placed at 1m centre to centre over freshly laid bituminous layer by using close graded premix surfacing material type B at approved locations to control speed and marked with 100mm wide white strips of thermoplastic road marking paint. The close graded premix surfacing material type B shall conform to technical clause 512 and thermoplastic road marking paint shall conform to technical clause 803 of MORT&H specifications
