Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from stone / brick wall, ceiling including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on stone masonry wall on external surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on stone masonry wall surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:4) on ceiling surfaces finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of putty 1 mm thick (Birla/JK) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/brick masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded & solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item no 10.00 here in before but except stone. NOTE: Old serviceable stones/brick retrieved vide Sl Item no 9.00 shall be reused.

Extra over stone walling of random rubble, uncoursed for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n.exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed block etc including weathering slightly, rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed and including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular), area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile laid over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item no 15.00 here in before but on vertical surfaces of stone wall such as dados, skirting etc set & jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match the shade of tile over & including 10 mm thick screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 6 to 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces of wall such as dados, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigments to match with the shade of tile over and including 10mm thick screed plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20.00mm graded stone aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (above or below ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished fair and even laid in alternate bays n.exc 2m in length all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and no pigments as in floor set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed base in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old boards and M&L 18/19mm thick block board grade-II quality interior grade with decorative type with decorative face veneer on one face fixed complete including teak wood lipping 19x6mm thick fixed with nails in shelves, partion and palmet boxes, shelves, almirah book cases, toilet boxes, racks, cup board and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair pillar tap,15mm bore, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type, screwed down high pressure with or without lettred hot or cold with long screw shanks and fly nuts screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair brass chromium plated shower rose of 125mm size with swivel joints, including fixing to steel pipe or union of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable water closet (squatt pattern) and S & F Vitreous China, Squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580X440mm, white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe ) with chinaware ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, front or back inlet including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti syphonage pipe and making good the floor to match the existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable WHB and S&F vitreous China, coloured, wash hand basin flat back of size 550 x 400mm including waste coupling, waste pipe etc complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repair PVC valve less, syphonic action type flushing cistern, ISI marked, 10 litre capacity, low level, white/ivory colour, with inlet, ball valve, float, handle fixed with PVC rawl plug of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore bib taps standard of PTMT any colour, screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 90gms) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable china clay sink and S&F kitchen sink without drainage board overall size not less than 495x429, bowl size 410x 330x 160mm made of stainless steel 1.00 mm thick with plugs, washers and waste including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying bitumen blown any grade applied two coats to concrete surface @ 1.50 Kg/ Sqm per coat with supply & fixing of polythene film black 50 micron laid in sunken portion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- WPC will be measured and paid separately

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for mass concrete filling in PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.
