Shifting Stop log Gate from One Gate resting support to required repairing gate groove to stopping water in Up stream side by Departmental Crane with providing labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work at Gate No. 1, 12, 15, 20 & 22 of Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing and overhauling of Roller Assembly of Barrage Gates size 18.30 x 7.80Mtr.(O/B) by detaching Roller Assy. from gate with the help of Jigs & fixtures, jacks etc. cutting lock plate by gas, lifting roller assy. from gate by manila rope and shifting to working platform, dismantling roller assy., cleaning, washing, repairing wornout roller shaft by remetalling, machining, polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber sea, O-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and fitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (but including cost of bearing No. 22324, BIS Approved) (for electrically operated gates) at Gate No. 12 & 15 Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing and overhauling of Roller Assembly of Barrage Gates size 18.30 x 8.40 Mtr.(U/S) by detaching Roller Assy. from gate with the help of Jigs & fixtures, jacks etc. cutting lock plate by gas, lifting roller assy. from gate by manila rope and shifting to working platform, dismantling roller assy., cleaning, washing, repairing wornout roller shaft by remetalling, machining, polishing and reassembling including replacing rubber sea, O-ring, grease nipple etc. shifting to gate and fitting in gate greasing and testing etc. by operating gate including all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work (but including cost of bearing No. 22326, BIS Approved) (for electrically operated gates) at Gate No. 1, 20 & 22 Bhimgoda Barrage.

Repairing of Side Sway Roller after dismantling, cleaning properly, greasing, assembling, fitting & testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work. At Gate No.1, 12.

Repairing and overhauling rope guide pulley by extracting complete Bracket lifting with Chainpulley block dismantling cleaning placing with working plateform and repairing machinery as required bolts and nuts/fastner to bracket reassembling in bracket and fitting properly testing including cost of material labour and T&P for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 1, 3, 8, 20.

Greasing, Oiling of different element of Lifting Mechanism of gate (excluding rollers) including replacing damaged/unavailable grease nipple, grease cup as required. Gate No 1 to 16 at Bhimgoda Barrage.

Rectifying defective aligment of gates by adjusting length of Steel Wire Rope and other allied work as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P, Jigs & Fixtures, Scaffolding etc. as required for proper completion of work. At Gate No. 8, 9 & 15.

Restoring of wornout/destored main rollers of gate by remetalling of main roller I.D. machine, polish and tempering etc. including cost of all material, labour nad T&P etc. at Gate No. 6

Applying Cardium compound on steel wire rope, drum Gear, Pinion of Gate after Proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding required for proper completion of work per Gate No. 1 to 16 Bhimgoda Barrage.

Filling gear oil in Redicon Reduction Gear Box (Redicon or Elecon unit) after cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P required for proper completion of work. Gate No 1 to 7.

Stop log Gate of Bhimgoda Barrage GATE SIZE : 18.00 X 1.90 Mtr. = 03 Nos., 18.00 X 1.30 Mtr. = 02 Nos.

Greasing, Oiling of Lifting Mechanism of gantry Crane after proper cleaning with replacing grease cup / grease nipple as required including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Removing old and dusty cardium compound from all steel wire rope and rope drup then applying new cardium compound by brushes on steel wire rope drum on Gantry Crane after proper cleaning including cost of all material, labour, T&P and scaffolding etc. for proper completion of work.

Repairing of electromagnetic Brakes by detaching from electric motor and coupling and dismantling, opening and replacing wornout brake shoe lining, torque spring, lever pin, allen screws etc. after making holes in brake revetting as required as per sample including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc.

Replacing of steel wire rope 8mm dia of Gantry crane hook installed in Bhimgoda Barrage, assembling new steel wire rope including all cost of material, labour, T&P etc.

Repairing of side sway Roller after dismantling, cleaning properly, greasing, assembling, fitting & testing including cost of all material, labour and T&P etc. for proper completion of work.
