Clearing juliflora jungle with uprooting etc.,Complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

EARTHWORK EXCAVATION for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with initial lead and lift etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement and trenches with filling M.sand in layers of not more than 15cm. thick well rammed, watered, consolidated etc.,Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1: 5: 10 (one cement five m.sand ten aggregrate) using 40 mm hand broken granite stone jelly for foundation and including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers not more than 15 cm. thick well rammed,curing, finishing etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1: 2: 4 (one cement two sand four aggregrate) using 20 mm hard broken granite stone jelly for all R.C.C. works connected to this work excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill in position but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps in the R.C.C. floor or roof slab wherever necessary etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

For Foundation and Basement

For Superstructure in Ground floor

Supplying and erecting CENTERING including necessary supports for the plane surfaces such as RCC COLUMN FOOTING,PLINTH BEAM & SILL BEAMS etc., in all floors using mild steel sheets of size 90cm * 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding supported by Casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plinth Beam.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position mild steel/ribbed tor steel rods for all RCC works including cutting, bending to required shape and placing in position and cost of steel, binding wire and all labour charges, conveyance in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using best quality II class chamber burnt bricks of size 23x11x7cm (9" x 43/8" x 23/4" ) including finishing,curing etc., Complete complying with as per Standard Specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (Masonry projections wherever necessary for obtaining required elevation shall be done without extra cost .)

For superstructure in Ground floor

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement five p.sand) 12 mm., thick for walls in all floors including necessary scaffolding, curing, neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers

Fabricating and supplying and erecting the required number of TRUSSES with TUBULAR SECTIONS structural steel members like angle iron MS plates for all truss members including cleats to receive the purlins all cutting drilling holes welding and fixing of members with necessary bolts nuts anchor bolt of approved quality hoisting aligning and glazing the trusses in position as per plan. The rate should included the cost of painting the members with one coat of red oxide primer and zinc chromate etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing of weldmesh windows of best and approved quality using L angles flats of required size and fixng the mesh in position with necessary bolts and screws etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers..

PAINTING NEW IRON WORKS for doors, windows and Ventilators, Iron bars, Weldmesh, wiremesh, screen, steel bars, flats and other similar works etc., with TWO COAT of approved first quality of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide primer in all floors. The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials and labour, brushes and scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officers. before use on work)

WHITE WASHING ONE COAT using best quality (KOTTAYAM) White cement in floors including cost of lime and other materials, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The rate is inclusive of cost of gum, best quality of blue powder).

PAINTING the wall surfaces with TWO COAT of Exterior Emulsion paint of the approved colour and quality for outside wall surfaces as per Specification including ONE COAT OF PRIMER to give an even shade at the external walls with necessary scrapping including cost of brushes and all other materials required and the scaffolding charges. (The paint to be used should be got approved by the Departmental officer before us on work)

Breaking clods, consolidating and sectioning the earth scooped by bull Dozers etc..,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
