M & L for Vitrified ceramic Dark shade tiles 10mm thick (squre/rectangular) area of each tile n exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc shall be jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile shade over 15mm thicks screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 13 here-in-before but for 10mm plastering, skirting in cement mortar 1:3 to receive to match the tile complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) and rubbish off the permices complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in Vertical surface 7mm thick 350 x 250mm /450 x 350 size in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade of tile over 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles with matt finish, 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the tile shade over 15mm thick screed bed or beeeding in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 in Roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick tiles in floor or in roofs laid dry and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of mud phaska roof any thickness including platering and leeping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying microfiber reinforced UV resistant Acrylic polymer coating three coats having solid contents 69% polymer content 35% & tensile strength 2.6N/mm2 of Dr. fixit Newcoat/stat/parex or equivalent with a paint brush over existing roof surface after removal of all loose material, lime dust etc. with wire brushes, coir brushes from roof surface to get absolutely cleaned surface free of foreign containment filling of cracks wherever found with polymer based mortar, and after repairing the surface apply primer coat with Dr. fixit Primeseal. polyester reinforced fiber net laid on the surface after the first coat and all the joints of brick is repaired by polymer based mortar. Undulation on the surface repair before executing the water proofing treatment including 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 on roof and 75mmx75mm roof curve of PCC 1:2:4 at the joint of slab and wall of roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F steel work in rectanguler / square trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to relevant IS code including preparation of surface and apply one coat of zink chromate primer paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for 50mm thick PUF panel made of Puf insulation in core having density 40+2 Kg/Cum sandwiched betweeen two numbers of polyster coated galvalume steel sheet.these sheets shall be made out of 0.50mm thick (TCT) High tensile steel having min yield strength of 550 Mpa confirm to AZ 150 of AS-1397 with hot dip metalic coating of 55% ZN alloy having total coating mass of minimum 150 gms/sqm inclusive of bothside. the material shall be coated with polyster coating paint system of 20 micron over primer of 5 micron (exposed side) & alkyd back coat of 5 micron over primer coat of 5 microns.the material shall be supplied as per drawing (approved by GE),colour and as per instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
