Construction of BT road at Right side of Right main canal (RD 2100m to 3250m) and Taradikhal Distributary (2422m to 3300m) of Tailamala MIP in Athagarh Block of Cuttack District under Capex Road scheme for the year 2025-26.

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish and depositing the same clear of work site with all leads, lifts and delifts etc with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Loosening, leveling and Compacting original ground supporting embankment to facilitate placement of first layer of embankment, scarified to a depth of 150 mm, mixed with water at OMC and then compacted by rolling so as to achieve minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 for embankment construction construction & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation loading, unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including Stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc inters read with boulders upto1/2 cum size wih all lifts and delifts including trimming of slope and bed to design section and depositing the excavated materials away from site as per the specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge within an initial lead of 1 km from the place of excavation complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)only. (1 KM)

Excavation of any approved type of soil in approved borrow area by mechanical means loading into and transportation by mechanical means and unloading the soil with all leads and lift on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including spreading and levelling the earth in 30.00 cm layers to make ready for compaction with HRR in afflux bund for all height including construction, maintenance and lightening of haul road and borrow area etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section)only. (1 KM)

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade on approved surface , shape and size using 20mm and downgraded crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin surface and any other deleterious materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour and supervision charges including mobilisation & demobilisation of machineries, all incidental charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing rigid shuttering with the box type steel shuttering plates with keys for intermediate construction joints for plain or reinforced cement concrete works including false work and dismantling the same after casting and proper curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials required for the work with supply of all labour and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rough stone dry packing in aprons & revetments to all heights & thickness using hard stones of size (15cm to 30cm) of approved quality free from weathered skin surface including filling the interstices with small stones by wedging & hammering to proper slope and level with cost conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials, labour & T & P materials required for this items complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Binding road surface with sand 6mm thick sand with cost, conveyance, royality, and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T & P, workers welfare cess etc complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying admixture with sand and moorum in (2:3) proportion with cost, carriage royalty of all materials and laying the admixture in canal bed and slopes, wel water and rammed to line and level, with cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes IRC- GRADE-II (63 mm to 45 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes IRC- GRADE-III (53 mm to 22.40 mm) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening /binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Clause 404 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared ituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per Clause 501 and 503 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20mm thick premix carpet using 0.27cum of 13.2mm to 5.6mm size (using 0.18 cum of 13.2mm and 0.09cum of 11.2mm size chips) crushed stone chipping and 14.60kg. penetration grade of bitumen for 10sqm including hand packing to proper camber and consolidation with PRR including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, bitumen boilers and all other T & P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and stacking good quality moorum at road sides in regular box heaps and conveying from stacks and spreading in uniform thickness on road surface including watering and rolling with PRR with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P, workers welfare cess etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying 6mm thick precoated seal coat Type-B using 0.06 cum of 6.7mm size chips as per sieve analysis and 6.8Kg of bitumen per 10sqm.including hire and running charges of PRR, hot mix plant, tar boiler and all other T&P articles but excluding cost and conveyance of chips and bitumen etc. complete as per approved specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with excavated earth with all leads, lifts & delifts including making arrangement for carriage of water and with cost conveyance of all materials, labour required for the works including watering and ramming etc. complete and including supply of labour and T & P required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
