Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works up to plinth level in 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate with 40mm nominal size) Crushed.(including all lead, lift & carriages).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.All works upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) crushed.(including all lead, lift & carriages).

Damping/filling of stone including cost of stones in horizontal on level.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non-modualar) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1 :6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) & Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (By manual means)(including all lead, lift & carriages).

Reinforcement for RCC work including straightening cutting, bending, placing in position & binding all complete with TMT bars.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/cement concrete floor.40 mm wide and 4 mm thick

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic washable distemper (ready made) of approved manufacturer and of required shade/ colour complete as per manufacturer's specifications Two or more coats on new work

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/10sqm

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth. Crushed. (including all lead, lift & carriages).
