Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning (SITC) of floor mounted LT Control Panel suitable for operation of Three Nos. Submersible Pump Sets up to 10 HP each, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, 4 Wire AC supply system. The panel shall be fabricated from 16 SWG M.S. sheet steel of welded construction, dust, damp and vermin proof, floor mounted type, complete with double front doors, 14 SWG hinges, locking arrangement, gland plates, cable alley, bus-bar chamber, powder coating and mounted on 600 mm high base frame fabricated from 50 mm × 50 mm × 6 mm M.S. angle iron. Supply-Of M.S. Clamp of 600 mm Length, duly fabricated out-of 12.5 mm thick, 80 mm wide M.S.Plate for holding the Pipe of 80 mm dia.

Supply-Of G.I. Pipe 80 mm dia, Medium-class, each of 3±3'' Meters Long, duly threaded on both-ends, welded & fitted with G.I./ M.S. Flange of minimum thickness 6 mm on both ends with a Slot for Submersible-Cable. Welding of M.S Strips at both ends on flange. Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.

Supply of three core flat cable with bare bunched copper conductor insulated & sheathed with PVC for submersible pump motor with voltage grade upto 1100V of 6.0 sq mm. size in 100mtr. Roll. Make: Finolex / Havells/CCI/Gloster

Supply-Of Tail-piece of Medium-Class G.I.-Pipe 500 mm Long with one-end threaded, as per out-let of Pump and another-end flanged, as per size of G.I. Pipe 80 mm dia. Make of Pipe: Jindal / TATA.

Supply-Of G.I. Bend 90⁰ x 80 mm dia, having Flange at both-ends One side MS Flange and other side G.I flange.

Supply-Of Nut-Bolts, ½” dia of different size i.e. 1.5” & 2.5” Long, threaded of good quality.

Supply-Of Rubber-packing for 80mm dia Flange.
