Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thk.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete.USING 3MM SPACER AND FILLED WITH EPOXY GROUT IN FILL. Size of tile 600x600 mm

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in -equalities not exceeding 30cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m all kin ds of soil.

Supply and laying stone solling graded material ( Quarry ) I/C Consolidation in layers ,I/C Cost and carraiage of materials from source to the site.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).
