Providing and Laying 75 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam mix conforming to clause 406 of Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transport and Highway), including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, etc through cleaning and thoroughly mixing with water in WMM plant at required OMC as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge carrying the premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the mixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber, through rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expenses of all plants and machineries, inclusive expenses of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respect as directed, compacted thickness of Wet Mix Macadam 150 mm (Two layers of 75 mm thick).

Providing and Laying 100 mm thick Wet Mix Macadam mix conforming to clause 406 of Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transport and Highway), including cost of coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, etc through cleaning and thoroughly mixing with water in WMM plant at required OMC as approved by the Engineer-In-Charge carrying the premixed materials by means of tipper, trucks or any other approved and suitable arrangements, laying the mixed materials over the prepared surface by means of paver finisher including manual operation as and when required for proper grade, level and camber, through rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an even surface, including running expenses of all plants and machineries, inclusive expenses of proper traffic control during laying to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge, required quality control tests at required interval etc complete in all respect as directed, compacted thickness of Wet Mix Macadam 100 mm (Single layers of 100 mm thick).

Providing and applying prime coat with bitumen emulsion of specified grade on prepared surface of WMM including clearing of road surface with mechanical broom and spraying primer @ 7.50 Kg per 10 sqm. (using BPD) conforming to clause 502 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways), complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat either with Bitumen VG-10 or Bitumen emulsion using bitumen pressure distributer @ 2.5 Kg/10 Sqm on prepared WBM and DBM surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as per clause 503 of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works (5th Revision) of MORT&H (Ministry of Road Transports and Highways), complete in all respect as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick consolidated Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM) conforming to clause 505 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) by Paver finisher with Bitumen VG-30 including all labourers, materials and machinery as specified or as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Providing and laying of 30 mm thick consolidated Bituminous Concrete mix confirming to clause 507 of MORT&H Specification for road and bridge works (5th Revision) by Paver finisher with Bitumen VG-30 including all labourers, materials and machinery as specified or as directed by Engg-In-Charge.

Edge road marking with thermo plastic paint 2.5 mm thick confirming to clause 803.4 of MoRT&H Specification including all labourers, materials and machinery as specified and directed by Engg-In-Charge.
