Supply and fix in repairs for galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2.00mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacings and straining, tightening and fixing to MS nibs embedded in pre-cast RCC fencing post or angle iron post, struts, etc. securing and tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as directed. NOTE: Each line wire to be measured separately.
Dismantling of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.
Materials and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
M&L precast solid block masonry of block in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate wall exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No 4 here-in-before but except PCC block complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable PCC block retrieved from item No 2 above will be reused.
M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed , well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.
Demolition of concrete in reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)as in roofs, floors(other than ground floors) beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.
M&L RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation , including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, base for columns etc basement slab under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
All as per itrem No 16 above but beams such as cantilever, bressummers, lintels over 1.50m span (lintel beams) etc complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams, and similar work, fair finished concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formwork to sides of soffits of floors or roof beam, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams, etc fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.
Use and waste of formworks to edges of concrete flats, treads breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, opening in concrete walls, floors and roofs n.exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc. 10 cm but n.exc. 20cm wide complete all as specified and directed.
M&L Deformed or twisted bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
All as per item No 21 above, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups and binders complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC fencing posts) any section, and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete.) including making good to disturbed ground complete all as directed.
Supply and fix rolled mild steel as in joist, channel, angle, or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc as in fencing post, strut bend to shape, holes drilled/notches cut to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embeded to concrete including dismantling of old angle/channel complete all as directed.
M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in wall, for embedding angle iron post including necessary form work and demolition of existing concrete complete all as specified and directed.,
Dismantling structural steel work includidng doors, gate but excluding framed truss etc all as directed.
S & F for framed work such as grills or grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; as framed guard bars barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, frame work of water tanks to and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 all as specified and directed.
Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth, for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed
Removing excavated material (soil) n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Returning , filling in, includidng spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.
