PROVISION OF PARKING SHED IN FRONT OF CONTROL CENTRE BUILDING AT ITR, CHANDIPUR

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m, and Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as directed by Engineer-incharge.

M&L for Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Steel reinforcement Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level

Use and waste Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, plinth beam etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size de rived from natural sources).

M&L for Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing/gate/trusses made of hollow tubes, channels, plates, angles etc., including welding, bending required shape ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts, SS locking arrangements, SS caps and ball complete, i/e fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab or on the face of the column with suitable arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - For payment purpose weight of stainless steel members with fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners, hinges, wheel, locking arrangements, cap & balls etc. shall be considered.

M&L for Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron corrugated sheets (size, shape and pitch as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating not less than 275 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of required size with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

M&L for Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level

M&L for Providing and laying 80 mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured to calculate volume for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by GE before execution of work).
