Servicing complete by cleaning inside, cleaning of filter, remove dust from body, tightening of loose nut bolt, washer, rubber gas kit and tightening of loose wiring, loose connection, replacement of wornout, nutbolt, washers, gaskits etc and necessary cutting, welding/ soldering works and replacement of rusted body with new MS/GI Sheets of existing specification and made the equipment fully functional and re-installation in position and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: spare parts will be measured and paid separately under the respective items.

Material and labour for detection and rectification of leakages in gas line of 1.5 Ton/2.0 Ton window / split type AC of any model and make by necessary brazing and ensuring the complete systems leak proof including checking the system and replacement of required spare parts and charging with appropriate quantity of refrigerant gas R-134 A, testing for smooth functioning of AC complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spare parts, if required will be measured and paid separately under the supply of respective items.

Material and labour for taking down the window /Split type AC taking out the unserviceable/worn hermetically sealed unit compressor from window /Split type AC and replacement with new one compressor (company packed) suitable for existing model/make of capacity 1.5 TR split/window type AC including brazing with suction and discharge line, checking the system for leak proof and charging appropriate qty of refrigerant gas R-134 A after making vacume complete system and testing the AC for proper functioning all as specified and directed.Make: Kirloskar / Techumesh / Carrier / Blue Star/LG/Sri-ram

All as per serial item no.14 here-in-before but for 2.0 TR capacity window / split type AC.

Supply and fixing the following spare parts required in repairs of equipments taken down for servicing vide item No 10 here in above including dismantling, opening the equipments, assembling and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note : All the repairs shall be carried out at AGE E/M store yard GE(AF) Bihta including transportation of equipment from site to yard and vice- versa and re-fixing at the same location at site. (f) Copper cooling coil suitable for water cooler upto 120 Ltr capacity all as directed. Make : Voltas/Blue Star.

(g)Brass chromium plated water outlet tap for water cooler upto 120 Ltr capacity all as directed. Make : Voltas/Blue Star.

(h) Front grill for window for 2Ton/1.5 Ton capacity AC all as directed.

(i) copper valve for Liquid line for ACs upto 2Ton capacity all as directed.

Material and labour for taking down of ceiling fan/ exhaust fan any make and type from ceiling/wall cleaning the fan,replacement of wornout, steel split pin, rubber reel, washer, screws, nut bolts etc. Greesing/ oiling the fan including replacing the connecting wire with existing specifications complete and made the fan functional ,testing and refixing in the same or other position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Spare partsrequired shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply and fixing the following items required while servicing/ repairs the ceiling fan/exhaust fans taken down vide serial item No 29 above complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.(a) SS clamp for fans of existing specification and size complete all as directed.

(d)Mild steel galvanised pipe 15 mm bore 300 mm long for hanging ceiling fan with two nos sutiablle size holes for passing the cable complete all as directed .

(e) Aluminium blades (set of three) for 1200/1400mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as directed. Make : Orient/Usha/Khaitan

(f) Mild steel clamps out of 40x5 mm flat for mounting exhaust fan with frame 300mm/450 mm sweep complete all as directed.

(g) SS blade ( set of three) fo 300 mm/450 mm sweep exhaust fan complete all as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling/ opening the fan taken down for servicing vide item No 29 here-in0before and reassembling and testing complete after the replacing the following spare parts :(a)Supply and fixing fan bearings Make : SKF or as approved by Engineer-in-charge.

(b) Supply and fixing gun metal from bushes all as per sample approved by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for transportation of taken down fans vide item no.29 here-in-before from site to AGE E/M store yard dismantling,opening complete fan and rewinding the same with super enamel copper conductor of suitable size that match the original specifications. Using proper insulation and varnish, sleeves etc reassembling the fan and testeted for 8 hrs to achieve the required speed before refixing at same location at site complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes of fans :Note : (i) Rewinding/ repairs of fans shall be carried out at AGE E/M store yard (ii) Cost of transporation shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by bidder. (iii) Spare part if any required whiler repairs shall be measured and paid separately vide item no. 31 to 34 here-in-before. (a) Ceiling fan 1200/1400 mm sweep.

Material and labour for taking down of electric water heater 20/25 ltr capacity from walls , dismantling/opening the same,cleaning and servicing complete and replace the wornout MS nut ,bolts, washers, clamps etc with existing size and specifications and made it fully functional reassembling,tested and refixed in the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: Spare parts if any reqquired shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.
