ATTENDING SF6 GAS LEAKAGE OF 145 KV SF6 CB OF 132 KV KV MIRZAPUR AURAI LINE CIRCUIT BREAKER AT 132KV SUBSTATION MIRZAPUR UNDER ETD MIRZAPUR

To attend SF6 Gas leakage of 145 KV SF6 CB CGL make of 132 KV Aurai Line bay Work consist of:

a) Detect pole leakage by SF6 gas leakage detector. b) Extract SF6 gas from pole units by SF6 gas extraction plant and keep it into empty SF6 gas cylinder. c) Dismantle all top covers from pole units and opening of fixed contact chamber. d) Cleaning of all fixed & moving contacts, polishing and applying micro carbon grease. e) Replace pole top cover O ring P-170,absorbent and refitting the same. f) Apply vacuum in all poles by vacuum pump up to specified value and keep it for 4/5 hour & check vacuum loss. g) Checking electrical connection in marshalling box and tightening all connections. h) Check close/trip operation of breaker satisfactory. i) Check close/trip timing by digital timer.
