SPECIAL REPAIRS TO ASSEMBLY SHED AND STAGE AT AF SCHOOL

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting/ textile coverings, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets in roof coverings incl ridges

M & L pre painted glavalume alumium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work, barbed wire of any description not other wise provided for including stacking, loading etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh or etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 and E-165 all as speicified and directed.

M & L Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. (Fe-410, GdeE-250, quality A all as specified and directed

Dismantling wall hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing unserviceable material as directed.

M & L for white/coloured Non skid coloured tiles superior finish grade B-1 quality 7 to 8 mm thick(square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.38 sqm in floor (1200/1400 X 600/800mm) with rectified edges ( joint free) etc set and jointed in neat cement slury over cement screed 15 mm thick 1:6. Note : Rates Including Epoxy based tile Grout/ joint filler to fill the gaps between tiles with necessary spacers of specified colour shade to match.

M & L for white glazed/ cladding ceramic tiles of any finish and pattern Gde B-II (b) quality of size 600/450 x 300 x 7 mm thick with rectified edges as in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10 cm thick backing with cm 1:4.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab/ sadarhalli stone flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete set and jointed in neat cement slury over cement screed 15 mm thick 1:6. all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab/ sadarhalli stone 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete in vertical surfaces set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and incl 10 cm thick backing coat with cm 1:4 all as specified and directed.
