SH-I: Supply of Fans, Fixtures, Cables & Geysers etc

Supply of BEE Maximum Star rated / Energy efficent ceiling fan of 1400mm sweep dia with copper wound with double ball bearings, blades Brown in color, ISI marked complete with capacitor, down rod, split pin , reel but without regulator complete as required. (Cromption High speed model / Havells Pacer or equivalent as per approved make list)

Supply of 300 mm sweep, 900 RPM heavy duty Exhaust Fan with pre lubricated double ball bearing, Minimum Air delivery of 1125 CMH, power consumtion:50-60 Watts with lovers etc as required. (Havells / or as per approved make list)

Supply of 4 feet LED batten made of extruded aluminium housing,Opal diffuser creates optimum light uniformity with minimum glare. It has a system level lumen output not less than 4000 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W. constant current output driver, operating range 150 – 270V AC supply, voltages, LED Colour Temp. from 5700K- 6500K with PF≥0.95 and THD<10% & surge protection ≥ 2.5kv, CRI>80, lumen maintainence of 70% at the end of 50000 burning hours. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accrediated lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacturer. (Similar to baja CAT No. BCLAB SP 44L LED CW PC SD or as per approved make list)

Supply of 5W 1 feet LED battenmade of Polycarbonate co-extrusion tube for LED light housing with end caps. It has a system level lumen output not less than 500 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 100 lm/W. constant current output driver, operating range 150 – 270V AC supply, voltages, LED Colour Temp. from 6500+- 500 K with PF≥0.95 and THD<10% & surge protection ≥ 2.5kv, CRI>70. The luminaire is IP 20 protected. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accrediated lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacturer. (Similar to bajaj CAT No. BCLSB 5W WH or equivalent as per approved make list)

Supplying of plastic polycorbonate B22 angle holder including connections etc. as required.

Supply of LED bulb suitable to B22 type holder with minimum lumen output of 900 lumens with luminaire efficacy of not less than 95 lm/W and LED Colour Temp. from 5700K- 6500K etc.

Supply of LED street light fitting having system lumen output not less than 6600 lumens and system efficacy of not less than 110 lumens per watt and lumen maintainence of 70% at the end of 50000 burning hours, Power Factor≥0.95 & THD<10%, CRI>70, CCT : 5500K ± 500K, made of high pressure die cast Aluminium/ standard alloy housing with separate optics and control gear compartment, toughened glass protector, permanently sealed and a removable control gear plate, mounting spigot suitable for horizontal mounting (Ø 32 – 42mm) with tilt flexibility upto (+)(-) 15 degrees, operating range 150 – 270V AC supply voltages, surge protection≥10KV with minimum IP:65 Protection. The luminaire shall be minimum IP:65 protected. LM 79 report to be submitted for luminaire from NABL accrediated lab and LM 80 for LED source issued by LED manufacture. LED shall have reverse polarity, open and short circuit protection. (Similar to bajaj CAT No BJFL 100 LED I or as per approved make list)

SH-II:ITC of Light fixtures, Fans, and SITC of panel, earthing, pipes etc

Installation, testing and commissioning of pre-wired, fluorescent fitting / compact fluorescent fitting of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

ITC of 1 feet batten light/ angle holder of all types, complete with all accessories and tube/lamp etc. directly on ceiling/ wall, including connections with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc. as required.

I/T/C of Ceiling fan including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 Sq.mm. FR PVC insulated copper conductor cable etc. as required:
