Taking out old serviceable/ unserviceable HT/ LT UG cables off size from trenches, poles/walls and floor includuing taking out old serviceablee bricks from trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n. exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m in depth for laying under ground cable, cable ducts or for foundations etc and getting out including forming bottom surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and cushioning of sand for cable protection in trenches 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable including well punning complete all as specified and directed. Note-Only punned depth 18 cm of sand shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm laid flat perpendicular to the direction of cable for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI pipe 80 mm light grade with all fitting fixed to pole for cable protection complete and including taking out old unserviceable rusted GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded aggregate mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in stay pits and pole foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, Jointing and Testing of HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/ through pipe under road etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Excavation, earthwork, cable protection cover, cable joint, sand cushioning shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply and jointing of outdoor type cable end termination, heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material complete suitable for HT U/G cable 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE 11 KV (Earth grade) armoured aluminium conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing of cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed grade for outdoor type cable straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement of outdoor type cable end termination, heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material complete suitable for HT U/G cable 95 sqmm 3 core XLPE 11 KV (Earth grade) armoured aluminium conductor and incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement of cable jointing kit for 11 KV(Earthed grade for outdoor type cable straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm and incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and jointing in replacement of indoor type cable end termination, heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material complete suitable for HT U/G cable 70-120 sqmm 3 core XLPE 11 KV (Earth grade) armoured aluminium conductor complete and incl taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rubber mat of 1 meter x 2 meter x 10 mm suitable for HT installations complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Electric rubber hand gloves 11 KV suitable size as per IS certified complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pair mean 2 Nos right and left hand gloves

Supply, fixing, commissioning and testing in replacement new HT box of any size, install, testing and commissioning of HT Junction box size 1200x1000x1000mm, factory made, outdoor pedestal type, double door, fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet (CPRI approved) and angle iron frame 50x50x6mm sloppy roof, locking arrangement comprising 50mm size Godrej brass pad lock with duplicate keys two earth terminal, suitable cable gland for incoming and outgoing HT cable and protection of joint, grouting of feeder pillar box by providing 90 cm long long angle iron of size 50x50x6mm welded on all the four cornors embedded in platform brick work and and CM 1:6 all all side inside and outside not less than 1 Mtr height. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The panel shall having aluminimum bus bar three strips of minimum size 400mmx40mmx8mm with procelain H12 KV HT long insulator complete and including taking down old rusted HT box complete all as specified and directed.

Note :- (i) Quoted rate shall be deemed to include the cost of platform 30cm height/thickness over brick wall thickness 23cm height 1mtr alround of HT box size outer dimension as specified in particular specifications. (ii) Joint shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant schedule item. (iii) Quoted rate shall also includes work for extension of cable loop and fixing in position all as specified.

Taking out old unserviceable earthing and Material and labour for new earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32x6 mm, (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) with connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 32 mm dia GI pipe light grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 for earth pit and 40 mm thick precast RCC cover in 1 : 2 : 4 type B1 with 3 Nos 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways with 12mm dia round bar and incl marking bldg nos and writing test results on a 3mm thick MS earth pit marking plate (200mm X 100mm) with painted duly welded with a 450mm long 10mm dia round MS rod, fixed with the earth pit chamber by grouting handle complete and incl taking down old unsv earthing complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE: (i)Earth strip and its protection GI pipe 32mm dia light grade upto and including 15 mtr only from the top of earth electrode are included under this item and additional earth strip/protection pipe etc. (ii) Cost of GI pipe for watering up to a distance 7.5 M shall be included in quated rate of above Items (iii) if extra length required at site of GI Pipe & Earth strip shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’ (iv) The earth resistance of the whole system shall be as near as possible to zero but shall not in any case exceed 5 Ohm

M & L for repairing of existing HT 11 KV 400 Amps GOD switch including replacement damaged spare parts like arching horn, contact gun, wire mesh, drop out fuse, replacement of complete rusted bolts, nuts and washers and GI pipe and its locking arrangment along with one nos suitable godrej lock etc handle grip, greasing of moving parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing HT insulator of 11 KV for indoor HT Junction box for horizontal or vertical mounting rotating type complete set of rating upto 400 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing lighting arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmision class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amp 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.
