M & for Cleaning, desludging Raw Water Reservoir of size 102m x 40m x 8m, 60 Lakh gallon capacity by pumping out raw water from raw water reservoir approx one metre from ground level by using pumping set and removing of accumulated sand/ sludge/ dust particles through Super Sucker Machine and manually including scrapping inside wall and bottom of the reservoir by steel wire brush to remove raw material, grass/ fungus and disposing off the same outside Air Force Station in an unobjectional way at isolated place/ low laying area at his own arrangment where the sanitary hazard do not take place and as per guidelines of civil authority all as directed. Thereafter cleaning/washing of interior surface using high grade bleaching powder and lime mixed water and writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall of reservoir complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Cost of necessary labour, transportation, diesel driven engine pump and necessary diesel to arranged by contractor shall be deemed to with respect to quoted unit rate. (ii) Necessary safety precaution should be taken during currency of work as specified ( Approx dry sand/ sludge 200 Cum, quantity may vary after draining. No extra cost should be paid on this account) (iii) Necessary permission should be taken from Municipal corporation or other Govt body for unloading Sand/sludge outside the Air Force Station & the same should be submitted to Engr-in -Charge for record.

All as per ser item No 1 here-in-before but size 60mx 60mx12m, 30 lakh gallon capacity.

M & L for cleaning of Static Water Tank of size 3 meter dia and 2.5 mtr deep duly draining the water, taking up and throwing mud/silt away from site as directed and applying two coats of white wash and writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall of SWT in Technical and domestic area at AF Stn Nal including dismantling the grill of SWT for cleaning work and painting it with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on existing surface and refixing the same after completion of job complete all as specified and directed

M & L for cleaning of internal surfaces of Over Head Tank at any height/staging by scrapping down/brushing and removing all silt dirt, algae etc. from walls, floors & washing inner surface of over head tank walls with bleaching powder and wash out the same after treatment process and applying one coat of white wash to all internal surfaces of walls and ceilings including necessary scaffolding work. All old steel surfaces such as vent pipes, inlet, outlet pipes, ladder shall be provided with one coat of anti corrosive bituminous paint and old MS pipe railing shall be scrapped properly and shall be painted with one coat of synthetic enamel paint. Paintings to oblitering labels shall not be less than 60cm x 40cm using black paint same as existing dimensions and writing particulars etc. using white paint with height of letters same as existing writing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for 25000 gallons capacity. Note (1) : (i) During execution of work necessary safety equipments, T&P, Staging if required shall be provided by the contractor. No extra cost should be claimed. (ii) Necessary permission should be taken from Municipal corporation or other Govt body for unloading Sand/sludge outside the Air Force Station & the same should be submitted to Engr-in -Charge for record.

All as per item No.4 here-in-before but 50000 gallon capacity.

M & L for cleaning UG Sump at Booster Pump House of capacity 200000 Gallons & depth up to 4 Meter below ground level by under taking the cleaning in two stage process are as under :- (a) Descaling the inner surface by using high pressure rotary jets, manualy by wire brush, pumping out the mud, algae and other dust particles by suction pump and industrial vacum cleaner. (b) Treatment walls, roof and floor by bleaching powder and wash out the same after treatment process complete all as specified and directed. Note (1) : Writing the date of cleaning in bold letters with synthetic enamel paint on white painted background on external wall/ Board of UG Sump complete all as specified and directed. No extra cost should be paid on this account. Note (2): (i) During execution of work necessary safety equipments, T&P, Staging if required shall be provided by the contractor. No extra cost should be claimed. (ii) Necessary permission should be taken from Municipal corporation or other Govt body for unloading Sand/sludge outside the camp. (iii). During cleaning of Jackwells/UG Sumps necessary breathing and safety equipments be provided by the contractor.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose surface including clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, leveling and removing rubbish, upto a distance of 50 meters outside the periphery of the area under clearance all as directed.

M & L for painting after scraping of old dull paints from the surface in MS Structure Pump Houses by scretching by wire brushes of steel surface over width or girth such as CI pipe lines of various tanks including rising mains of OH tanks upto 12 Metre height, overflow pipe & wash out pipe of OH tanks upto 12 Metre height & Header, valves, all Pit covers & MS sheets etc by applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on existing surface as per colour code decided by Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) The rates is inclusive of all necessary safety equipment and arrangement like stagging , safety harness , rope & safety jackets etc. (ii) Necessary safety measures shall be ensure by the contractor during the currency of work

M&L for painting Motor & pump set of capacity upto 7.5 HP at site including to all accessories by Scrapping out the existing paint and spray painting with one coat of approved quality synthetic enamelled paint complete and writing SM No & MES No. with letter size 10 mm and height 75 mm with black colour on white base complete all as specified and directed.

All as per description of item No. 13.00 here in before but capacity of pump 15 HP to 60 HP

Dismantling the Over Head tank washout MS Pipe line upto 200 MM bore/dia vertically approx 12 Metre height by unscrewing all the flange joints for rectification of blockage including screwing existing flange joints with new existing/ suitable size of MS Nut Bolt and refixing the same in existing position all as directed at site.

Cleaning of existing water supply valve pit chamber upto 1.0m x 1.0m x 1.0m inner dimensions by taking out mud & muddy water and depositing the same at a distance n.exc 20 mtr away from pit including swipping free from & all type of dirt all as directed.

Supply & Fixing pressure relief valve of twin lobe root air blower 100 mm dia, as per existing sample complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing twin lobe root air blower filter as per exixtingle sample and suitable for twin lobe root blower capacity 525 M 3/ Hour, pressure 0.3KG/ CM 2 Make of existing twin lobe root air blower- Everest, Complete all as specified and direted.

Taking out sluice valve 80 mm diameter, transporting to the workshop, refacing, regrinding to make it leak proof, bringing back, refixing including providing of gland packing , replacing of nuts, bolts, seat seal and O ring etc. to make the sluice valve leak proof and free operational all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation bird control white Nylon HDPE knotted Anti Bird Net of 15/16 Ply, mesh size less than 12.5 mm, UV stabilized, waterproof, resistance to water corrosion and chemical , multi filament with installation kit, cable ties, C hook Nails, ropes attached on borders of the net for easy installations including taking down of existing net complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only 12 mm dia high quality nylon twisted Polypropylene (PP) rope complete all as specified.

Disconnection of submersible pump set of any capacity including existing LT Panel & taking out existing GI Pipe from existing deep bore well by mechanical and electrical method. Taking up/ uplifting the unserviceable/ serviceable pump set from deep borewell by disconnecting from lowering pipe line of any size with manual or suitable electric driven chain pully upto 300 ft depth. Refixing/relowering existing GI pipe & submersible pump set in same deep bore well and reconnection of submersible pump set & LT panel after redevelopment deep bore well complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) All type of T&P required to complete the job will be arrange by contractor. (ii) Job will be done round o' clock continued as per site requirement as directed. (iii) Delay in job will be charged on the basis of Rs. 500/ hour. (iv) Item required for motor connection such as PVC insulation tape, , valcanised rubber/ puncture tube etc will be provide by the contractor to complete the work and rate as deemed to be quoted in unit rate no extra payment will be made to the contractor.

S & F in repair submersible cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor 16 Sqmm, 3 core, 1100 volts grade flat cable conforming to IS-694 1977 complete with necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the motor of submersible (vertical type) pumpset of capacity 10HP to 15HP, removing the existing burnt out winding and re-winding with suitable copper winding wire of existing gauge and weight including replacement of all insulation material, "O" rings and filling of cooling oil with oil seal and terminal lead for AC, three phase, 415Volts grade and replacement of other petty items required for making motor functional, reassembling and testing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs of existing Water header of size 300mm dia bore, 4 mtr long incl connecting items as GI nipple, sluice valve and elbow complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing as in repairs Non Return valve with bypass arrangement Class PN 1.6, size 150 mm bore pipe include nuts & bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for cable trenches and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks burnt clay old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, including demolition of exhisting brickwork work , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for Framed brackets of angles or tees with web & flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary gusset plates, riveting, etc. confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

S&F rolled mild steel Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and countersunk) forming holes without any attachment confirming to Fe-290 (Gde E-163)complete all as specified and as directed .

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster from the interior walls of the open reservior of size 45m x 22.5 x 12m and removing debris outside MOD , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm cement plaster in CM 1:4 in two layers , 5mm over GI wire netting .9 mm dia and 12mm mesh over 10 mm plaster on fair faces of brick work finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevent item of schedule .

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including all cornices pilasters etc ,scraping down smoke soots , moulds , moss and efflorecene salts and treading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour /shade as in camouflage pattern to wall surfaces complete all as specified & directed .

M&L preparation of new surfaces of walls plastered or unplastered including all cornices plasters etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down , moulds , moss and efflorecene salts etc and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint of approved colour /shade as in camouflage pattern to wall surfaces along wih one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed .

M&L applying two coats of Food Grade Epoxy coating water proofing over plastered surface & mininum consumption not less than 0.5kg/ Sqm for two coats complete all as specified and directed. Quantity of Food Grade Epoxy coating water proofing shall be as per manufacturer's instructions. Note : Remove all scales by mechanical means or manually & the surface should be in saturated surface dry condition before applying the water proofing treatment to surfaces of Tanks .
