Labour only for attending day to day external water supply complaints of all nature i.e leakage in water supply pipe lines , fitting/fixture, over flow of overhead tank,no water supply complaints received by users online/whatsaap through EIC/GE including noted down the complaints by rep/plumber/fitter appointed by contractor in writing in complaints register complete all as specified and as directed. (Any material required for attending complaints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item herein after) (Note :- (i) Quoted rates include notes mentioned at srl No 2.01 to 2.09) (ii) The suitable shift duties as deems fit shall be as per decision of the Engr-in-charge

Labour only for attending day to day electric supply complaints of day to day mantenance of existing LT Panels involving replacement of meterials including connecting electrical accessories / spares of water supply installation from 0830 hrs to 1730 hrs and electrical fitting & light, short circuits in pump house including nothing the complaints from Nodal Point No. I and allied areas in complaints register and distribution to the trademen complete all as directed (any meterial required for atteding complaints shall be measured & paid seperately under respective item here after) Note:- (i) The suitable shift duites as deems fit shall be as per decision of the Engr-in-charge (ii) Quoted rates include notes mentioned at srl No 2.01 to 2.09)

Notes for item No. 1.00 & 2.00 : (a) The complaints shall be attended and the defects shall be rectified by a team of expert and experienced electrician/plumber as applicable assisted with adequate number of helpers complete all as specified and as directed

(b) The complaints shall be attended and defect shall be rectified within 08 hrs commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint failing which a penalty @ Rs 500/- per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and recovery shall be made from contractor's dues.Contractor repersentative shall be available wef 0800 hrs to 2000 Hrs to receive and notify the complained

(c) In case, after checking and attending the defect, it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer-in -charge by the contractor /his repersentative. If Engineer -in-charge is satisfied with contractors view, no recovery will be made.

(d) While attending the complaint of water supply /Electric supply if earth work is required then the same shall be measured and paid seperately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' . However no extra payments shall be made for dewatering/planking to trenches.

(e) Cutting of GI pipe in position and threading is also deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate of item No 1 & 2. (Fitting and fixtures will be measured and paid separetely under respective item of Sch A) as supply only.

(f) All T & P as well as dewatering motor single phase of 3HP with including 100 mtr cable, required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor and provision to such aspects will deemed included under unit quoted rate.

(g) The pipe fitter shall always be in possession of die set complete with cutters , boring Tups , Pipe wrench, Chain wrench,Caulking tools, set of spanners and ladders,Vehicle/Ricksha etc Complete,all as required at site.

(h) The elecrician shall always be in possession of all Electrician tools, LT Megger, Earth tester, Multimeter, Crimping tool, insulation tape, Hand gloves etc complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(j) Contractor shall be procured materials and deposited to concern JE/EIC store yard and after then all material as reqd at site for day to day maintenance shall be issued by Deptt under respective items(3,5,6,7,9,10,11,16&23) here in after:-

Note for item 25 & 26 :- (a) Collection of water from[ different sources of water ie. Pump House, Sump, bore wells & shallow well/STP in a sterilized bottle and testing in GOVT Approved laboratory as mentioned in specification (b ) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 10500-1991 mandatory for chemical colour, odour, taste, tubidity, PH valve TDS total hardness iron, chloride, fluride and residual free chlorine and Bacteriological total coil from organisms per 100 ml (MPN) and E coli in 100 ml) to this office with specific recommendation regarding suitability of water for drinking purpose & supply of water for domestic uses. (c) STP Water Parameters shall include of testing of PH, BOD, COD, Suspended Solids, Ammonical nitrogen, Total nitrogen, Fecal Coliform etc and test report will be submitted to EIC duly vetted by Govt approved Lab authority. (d) Rate Quoted shall be deemed to included for cost of sterilized bottle as required and transportation charges for collection of samples from source (sump, bore & shallow wells) and submission to Engineer-in-Charge in sealed container for signature of JE E/M & Engineer-in-Charge.

Suply and fixing in replacement of Brass ball of size 300 mm bore complete with suitable size 'U' clamps for manual water level indicator coplete all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep averaging 15 cm deep for cleaning the area by cutting the unwanted bushes/vegitation growth in and around the area of installation/around the valve pit chamber/along the pipe line routes etc and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and fixing three core poly tetra flouro ethylene teflon silcer plated copper wire shielded temp range 40 degree to 240 degree, size 0.25 Sqmm (24/7/32) after taking down/out as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of a set of maintenance free earthing system consisting 2 nos. of Copper Bonded Earth Rod of 10 feet length, 17.2 mm dia made of high tensile low carbon steel circular rods, molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic grade copper on outer surface (minimum copper bonding thickness-250 microns) with exothermically jointed copper busbar of 150mm x 50mm x 6mm for long lasting and connection . Each copper bonded rod and the exothermically jointed busbar both should be CPRI tested on at least 25KA fault current to ensuring the high current carrying capacity of the system and earth rod should be certified by Underwriters laboratories confirming to comply with UL467 international standard for grounding and bonding equipment. Each rod should be used with minimum 50kg earth enhancing compound that should be ROHS tested and have passed, Resisitivity of the earth enhancing compond should be less than 0.05 ohm and required as per international standard for Earth Enhancement Compound approved by NABL accredited Lab including dismentling of existing earth pit complete all as specified & directed.

Notes: (i) Quoted unit rate for interconnection of earth set with Copper strip of size 20mm x 3mm of required length as per site and not less than 7.5Rm from test point and polycarbonate earth pit cover-02 Nos, shall be deemed included. (ii) Earth test report and maintenance gurantee of earthing and manufacturers test report shall be submitted by contractor alongwih approved drgsduly signed to EIC for approval.
