Taking out old unserviceble pipe 80/ 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Laying, testing of XLPE cable armoured, in trenches or fixed to wall/pole or passing through pipe cable LT, electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with multistandard stranded aluminium conductor of size of following, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge :-

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m indepth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits,manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in hard and dense soil and getting out all as specified and directed at site by Engr-in Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm for cable protection in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for carryout boring under the black top road by mechanical boring machine and providing hole of 80/100 mm dia (min) for suitable to fix the GI pipe 80/100 mm under the road complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing light grade , Galvanised mild steel pipe / tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete for cable proction all as specified and directed of following sizes:-. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule ):-

M&L for painting feeder pillar box/LT panels of inside, outside and all six sides including all angle iron legs after preparation of old painted surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of existing colour complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Bus bar chamber of size 60 cm x 60cm x 40 cm outdoor type suitable for LT 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire system factory made cubical complete materialised dust and vermin proof (protection class IP 54), made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet (CRCA) including factory made hinged type door both side opening with locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint with powder coated finish over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. the panel board shall be comprising of the following accessories

M & L for taking out sludge /foreign material/silt/vegetation /mud from the clear water underground sump of following capacity dewatering through drain out channel/ pipe with valve /by using suitable pump set/suitable T&P/manpower with removing residual water and cleaning the wall with the help of blade /scrapper/wire brush using disinfection material after repairing cracks/depressions/cavities by filling cement mortar CM1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing admixture/best quality putty after applying cement slurry mixed with liquid water proofing admixture to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge preparation of old surface and applying one coat of lime wash in inner surface including removing the sludge/slit/foreign material by using suitable T&P/man power to a distance 50 to 100 meters and depositing where directed as and when required basis and writing date of cleaning with paint capital letter of 80mm stencil alongwith the capacity of the tank.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
